1 /5 Cam: Staff at this location were rude. They were supposed to help with approval and they just told me that I have to do it my self, because I keep asking for female dr. Every single time I have to ask for a refill on medication they tell me I need to see the Dr. Not only that but they threatened to not refill my important prescription without seeing the Dr.

1 /5 Mahmoud Bisher: The reception is very bad. An employee asked the receptionist to help me translate into Arabic, and she can speak Arabic, and she refused to help me. She was very bad. Respect and loyalty to Dr. Youssef, he is a very good doctor. I just want him to know about the receptionists and find solutions. We come here to serve us and help us with translation. Thats why we chose an Arabic-speaking clinic to help us.

1 /5 ihab: very very bad clinic I do not recommend it specially if youre going for immigration medical test they will charge you x3 the normal fee. the secretary will put you on 1 hour hold then hangs up, almost impossible to get them to answer at any time. its literally her job to answer the phone what else could she be doing ?!! avoid this place!

1 /5 B K: The office never answers the phone. They are always in a hurry and make the patient feels uncomfortable asking them to do what is their job to begin with. I and my daughter were new patients establishing a pcp. Of course, it is hard to schedule with the MD himself. Im okay with seeing the PA. It is weird for me to be scheduled for a physical and dont get examined or touched. I mean no one looked in our ears, mouth; we werent touched. In addition, being an established patient does not differ from being not. In short, the staff just want to go home. The office lack professionalism, sympathy, and none of them should be in the medical field. I wonder if the doctor knows how his staff act! I will never know because Im finding another pcp for myself and my daughter. I felt that I need to update the review because after I posted it Dr.Beshai gave me a call. He is nice and professional. I really appreciate that he did call me, and Im hoping the conduct and procedures of the office gets modified because there is a difference between the Dr and his office staff.
