Heidi Yrigoyen Always quick efficient and clean seriously the only urgent care Ill go to. Always super helpful friendly and knowledgeable, I dont like any other urgent care as much as this one in orange county. Never a long wait either!

Sarah S My doctor (W,Z) was so kind and made me feel heard!! He made me feel seen!! I have seen about 5 other doctors and they all made me feel like I was a waste of their time! WZ was so sweet and caring!! I hope not to get this sick again but I will be back if I do get sick!!! And if I can, I will follow him to new locations!!

Patricia R Utley Weve been to this ER on several occasions over the past 10 years and every time the staff and services have been outstanding. The staff is responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. They communicated what was going on gave clear instructions.

Jessica So thankful for the wonderful staff who assisted my 3 year old during our very scary middle of the night emergency visit. We were met with kindness and compassion from the very beginning with the receptionist, to the intake nurse, NP- Joseph Piccola, Doctor Yeh, and the xray tech! We were here on vacation visiting from Texas so we had no idea where to go, forever thankful we ended up at Anaheim Regional Medical Center.

Cam Staff at this location were rude. They were supposed to help with approval and they just told me that I have to do it my self, because I keep asking for female dr. Every single time I have to ask for a refill on medication they tell me I need to see the Dr. Not only that but they threatened to not refill my important prescription without seeing the Dr.

Mahmoud Bisher The reception is very bad. An employee asked the receptionist to help me translate into Arabic, and she can speak Arabic, and she refused to help me. She was very bad. Respect and loyalty to Dr. Youssef, he is a very good doctor. I just want him to know about the receptionists and find solutions. We come here to serve us and help us with translation. Thats why we chose an Arabic-speaking clinic to help us.

Doug Bradshaw Out of town visitor that had a small wound opened up. They got me in quickly doctor and staff all very nice and helpful

Beren Kiraz Horrendous staff and policies. Hopefully, you will not have to get treatment at this facility. Not worth a single penny. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone at UCI Single Billing Office, Matthew, called me broke because I did not want to pay a bill of $1348.40 for popping a shoulder back in. My insurance already paid $4000+. They want to make a buck off of you. You are nothing but a number to them. They will disrespect you if you do not want to pay. Make them beg for that money. They dont deserve your good side. Respectfully.

Isaiah Whiteside Horrible emergency room staff that completely abused the crap out of their patience via medical procedures. I asked for them to give me an experience nurse and they refused to and this was the result of my arm. Also the unit I stayed on for the second time after they messed up on my gallbladder surgery was horrible the nurses treat you according to your insurance. And the overnight nurse Jacob the moment I was put on that unit refused to care for me. I hate this place and will NEVER Ever come back again.

Ralph Solis Avoid this ER at all cost! Wife was brought here due to paramedics thinking she was having a stroke. The nurses were too busy flirting with the paramedics to administer any aid to my wife. My wife was fine and transported back to our primary hospital for overnight observation. I usually give nurses the benefit of the doubt because of what they do, in general,. However, this was completely unacceptable behavior from both the nurses as well as the paramedics that seem to just be hanging out here.

Patricia Mendez Recovery was awful, room was hot no ventilation whats so ever. I kept opening the door, and nurses kept closing it. Was in a stuffy room with no hot water for 3 days. The toilet was leaking and would get backed up with soap I believe. On top of the the charge nurse SHERRI was rude. I was told my daughter (15) was able to stay with me when i registered and did the maternity tour(i asked). When asked around 5 if someone was staying i said yes my daughter, 20 min before visiting hours was over, nurse came and asked again and again said my daughter. Then I was informed that she wasnt allowed due to age. She went to talk to the charge nurse SHERRI which then came in with an attitude saying she couldnt stay and she has been working there 12+ yr and never heard if such thing. At this point I am mad and telling her that is what I was i formed and if they would of told me sooner I would of made other arrangements to have someone else stay with me. But since she was on a power trip told me my daughter had to leave since visiting hrs was almost over, and I had to spend the 1st night alone. Charge nurse sherri needs bedside manners courses, I understand they must deal with this a lot, but we are all different people and should be treated with respect. She had come in already heated and started berating me instead of talking to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL. My last time there was 2010 and loved it, but after this experience, I can see why the rating went down.

#PrincessK_A_Y ! Dr.Nguyen has been our family doctor for over 15 years. He is absolutely amazing! We love him. He takes such good care of our health. He takes his time to look at our issues and clearly helps us understand everything. He provides quality time and always makes sure we have our questions heard. He makes sure to give me referrals right away. Regarding health, he takes steps right away to take action in order to protect our health and well being. My dad had a brain stroke, and I made appointment with him, and he read every detail from the hospital report and explained everything to us. He took fabulous care of my dad and his health. Kit Tran Its been weeks and still cant get a proper prescription or referral. This place is so going downhill with their new NP. Not impressed. When you sign up for the Dr., you dont actually get the doctor, you get the NP. And their skillset is suspect.

Charlene Zuazo I have no idea where the good reviews are coming from the staff is not professional at all they over book there patients so when you do go in for an appointment the wait is so long the hours that are posted on the website are wrong and provides leave before they are even closed so if your child or yourself need to be seen they send you to another place thats a urgent care that you have to wait 4hrs to be seen . I picked this group only because it states they have a awesone pediatrician that i know and worked with and he doesnt even come to this office the whole time i have brought my child in to see a doctor there has only been nurse practitioners . Some care my child needs antibiotics for something that would take literally less then 2 mins to look at and be on our way instead no professionals there to take care of patients if i could do no stars i would but then i cant put a review without a stsr

Marisela Solano They never have appointments available. Kids dont schedule when they get sick. They wan you to wait 3-5 day to actually being seen. We always end up goin to the er to be seen. It Ridiculous

Dylan Frazin Terrible physician. Showed up 45 minutes early for an appointment and didn’t get into a room until a hour after my appointment time. Very forgetful. Can’t remember simple things like if he ordered a CT scan or MRI. His front desk nurses are also very passive aggressive and plain rude especially on the phone. Dr Shek was probably a good doctor in the 90’s but now he should retire.

Isaac Kim Dr shek and the staff are nice. Helpful and friendly. Avoid Francis is possible I dont think she ever listens to any of her patients or interns. Wait times even with appointment are horrible. Been patient for 4 years ish. Dont want to deal with Francis any more.

Toni Spencer I have been taking a family member to appointments with Dr. Santos for the last 4 years. He has a very warm bedside manner, is very responsive in times of urgency & his staff is very efficient in helping us understand our insurance. Anytime we need a question about meds answered, they always answer promptly.
