1 /5 Dylan Frazin: Terrible physician. Showed up 45 minutes early for an appointment and didn’t get into a room until a hour after my appointment time. Very forgetful. Can’t remember simple things like if he ordered a CT scan or MRI. His front desk nurses are also very passive aggressive and plain rude especially on the phone. Dr Shek was probably a good doctor in the 90’s but now he should retire.

2 /5 Isaac Kim: Dr shek and the staff are nice. Helpful and friendly. Avoid Francis is possible I dont think she ever listens to any of her patients or interns. Wait times even with appointment are horrible. Been patient for 4 years ish. Dont want to deal with Francis any more.

1 /5 Pearl Liu: Very bad experience. They dont have privacy in patients rooms. They leave the doors open when meeting with patients and every one can hear it. Male doctor Shek does not respect me as a patient and constantly had his personal cell phone ringing during my visit, he went out to answer so many times and he doesnt listen what my health problems and he forgot about it when he back. Nurses are also very nosy and discussed my issues with another nurse. Ive been waiting for my referrals for the past month and every time I called, I was told theyll call me back but never did. They dont know what their jobs are. The front desk spanish lady is also rude.

1 /5 Andrew C: Called the office to set an appointment and was told they were too busy right now and hung up on. Super rude staff. No idea how you stay in business hanging up on patients.

2 /5 Kirsten Lee: The doctor was very friendly and helpful. However, the front staff was rude to everyone who came in. I went there twice and the first time I was there I listened to on lady screaming into the phone for a good 10 minutes regarding labs on a patient. I understand fighting for your patient, but she was completely unprofessional to the person on the other end. When I signed in I told them I was new. They directed me to sit and wait for 2 hours and then yelled at me for not filling out the paper work they never gave me. I am finding a new doctors office because of the horrible receptionist services I received both times.
