4 /5 Susie H: This review is based on my first visit and overall experience with Dr Medina and her office. I really liked Dr Medina, and will continue to have her as my primary doctor as long as shell have me! There is no way to contact the doctor via email, and getting through on the phone can be challenging, so I deducted one star. In this day and age most medical facilities use mychart which makes it easy to communicate with the doctor. I would like to see this doctor utilize that service since the telephone option is challenging with this office. I had an issue with confusion over my prescriptions being refilled which caused one of them to be delayed by a week. It is my belief this could be avoided with "MyChart." Otherwise Dr Medina seems very competent, compassionate and a good solid doctor. 5 stars for her!

3 /5 Mary Barranco: The reviews are what made me choose this provider, but after a few appointments Ive decided to go elsewhere. Its important to note, that this is a paper chart office, nothing is sent electronically, which is very inconvenient. The doctor and staff seem very... bland. I never saw anyone there smile. They prioritized others appointments before mine. People that walked in after me got seen first. Its also important to note that Dr Medina is liberal in her medical views, particularly covid related matters, which I know is important to some people. They did accommodate my schedule, but everything else was subpar. Their follow up is not great. After my first set of blood work, only one attempt was made to contact me. I called back and left messages for them to call me back, but they didnt. I finally got through and they said the doctor would call me in an hour, which didnt happen. I called the next day, and the doctor said she forgot. I let it go, but a few months later the same thing happened. Tests were done, I informed the doctor would be out of the country for a week following the appointment so she made note of it. They called while I was away, I called back after I returned and they said, the doctor already tried to call you, shes on vacation now and will call you when she returns..I called to follow up again and now 3 months later, still no call.

5 /5 Mia - Yijia Ma: I was looking for a primary doctor after I moved to Fullerton, my coworker highly recommended her. However I saw few bad reviews about Dr. Medina. I was hesitated, but Im so glad I finally gave it try. Dr. Medina is best Doctor Ive ever had so far, she listens to her patient, she knows what she is doing and she spent quite bit time try to know me and hear my concern. Im grateful Im in good hand now.

In this day and age most medical facilities use mychart which makes it easy to communicate with the doctor. Since the telephone option is challenging with the office. I had a question with one of the prescriptions being issue. Because my wife is already taking other meds. But Im still waiting for the phone call. The insurance company also was trying to get a hold of them but didnt pick up the phone. I have tried calling several times and they dont pick up the phone.. the staff should be picking up the phone this is a medical office. My wife has a very severe medical history which I wont go in details. Sometimes my wife needs to see a doctor as soon as possible. And they dont allow walk-ins. Maybe they need to hire more staff people?
