We were met with kindness and compassion from the very beginning with the receptionist, to the intake nurse, NP- Joseph Piccola, Doctor Yeh, and the xray tech! We were here on vacation visiting from Texas so we had no idea where to go, forever thankful we ended up at Anaheim Regional Medical Center.

1 /5 Devin Sitcler: Most of the individual people we spoke to were very patient and nice, but I would absolutely not recommend coming here if you are struggling with your mental health. The entire process is not at all comforting and will honestly make your suicidal tendencies worse. We waited over 12 hours just to speak to someone over Zoom for about 10 minutes because there are no in-house psychiatrists or mental health professionals. There are also zero accommodations for people on the autism spectrum. The entire environment is incredibly overstimulating and even while having a breakdown nobody would help or accommodate my partner’s needs. They also apparently switched up his lab results with somebody else’s because the psychiatrist we spoke to (on Zoom) said that he tested positive for amphetamines and fentanyl which was absolutely not true, and then said that there were just “a lot of patients that night” and things probably got mixed around. That is absolutely unacceptable. I have a lot of empathy for those who work in the ER and I’m not blaming anyone individually. Again, the nurses and the person who was watching us were very kind and made things more bearable. But I want everyone else to know that this is not the place if you are having suicidal tendencies or are on the autism spectrum because it will be an absolute nightmare and waste of your time.

4 /5 E Val: i had a very good experience with the staff and doctors at this hospital. they took good care of me. the reason Im not giving 5 star is because there was a long wait time of 3 hours to be seen by a doctor. staff said they were really busy so it makes sense. luckily i was only there to get stitches and nothing more serious.

MacEachern Cait (Cat): This office has not been properly cleaned in weeks, or possibly months. I have never been in a doctor’s office as neglected as this one. I did not feel comfortable with receiving treatment at this facility. Dr. Ahmed seemed unconcerned with my objection to the cleanliness standard of this clinic, and her only suggestion was that I seek treatment elsewhere. Dr. Ahmed: please take control of your facility and take pride in your accreditation as a physician — demand better standards for care in your clinic.

Corrine Koenig: Incredibly rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, the place where the worst doctors and most incompetent staff go to. A true nightmare. They are dishonest crooks, who also engage in very dishonest billing practices. They don’t help anybody, a true scam. Their doctors licenses should be pulled away. The worst doctors office I have been to in my 75 years .

He really cares about his patients beyond what most doctors are willing to do for their patients whether it is a long personal visit to make sure every question I had is addressed or urgent appointments for my parents who are senior medicare patients, Dr. Singh goes above and beyond to make himself available.

Alethia Larios: I just transferred my Medical to another Provider. The main thing I will mention is that if you have multiple medical issues and on a budget, I wouldnt go with this Doctor. She had me schedule her according to her concerns, and would let me share mine during the visit. She told me one thing at at time, and that I have to schedule to see her again even after I told her that my insurance copays are high and to top it off, all I needed was referrals. Sorry, just being honest.

Rus Mo: Been coming here for the last 3-4 years for an annual check and physical. I found Dr. Be is very thorough with his evaluation and assessments. Consequently there will be a wait time about 10-15 min usually due to the thoroughness of Dr. Be. Appointments are preferred here and most insurance is taken. Its in a plaza so parking is shared with other shops. They are open M-F and every 3rd Saturday I think, because thats when I usually go. If youre on the lookout for a General Practioner Or family medicine check him out.

Robert Lee: From start to finish I was blown away by the service at CHOC. We were transferred in from St. Francis hospital. The nurses and doctors were so attentive and kept us up to speed on everything. We had so much confidence that our son would be taken cared of. We were so confident that we rested couple days at home because the nurses took care of our son like it was their own child. Dr Sinha gave me a drawing of what is going on and what surgical procedure they were going to operate. I had such confidence in the doctors to do the job. My son was carefully monitored and taken cared of. We were at CHOC for a time period of about 3 weeks. Was impressed by the security as well. They were very observant and they made sure no unnecessary visitors would go through. Thank you so much to everyone at CHOC! Keep up the great work!

Adrian Martinez: I had a consult with their PA who has good bedside manner and seems to know her stuff. The doctor seems good as well. The problem is the staff, they do not follow up with results, referrals and do not communicate with patients at all unless you call in directly, this causes a delay in patient care. When you do call they always have at least 3 calls ahead of you. They have awful telephone etiquette. They presume to speak on the practitioners behalf regarding decisions and questions. I am stuck with this office until I can resolve my current issue and start with my new insurance in about 2 months. My advice would be to look elsewhere and run as far away from this office as you can. I was a medical assistant for 6 years and I just started as a registered nurse this year and this office does not know how to treat their patients with respect and compassion.

Jay 17: I’ll start of by saying this: don’t come here. Doctors are super nice and sweet with my elderly mother. They will hear you out but you’ll feel rushed and pressured to just make your way back out of their office. Ladies in front are busy chitchatting which is probably why they never answer the phone when I call the office. Every time I am at the office I see them doing nothing except paperwork and gossiping. You can leave voicemails but they won’t return your calls. Don’t come here!

From the warm welcome at the front desk by Diane to the attentive care from nurse Maira (apologies if I misspelling her name), everything is top-notch. Maira is consistently patient, thorough and friendly, making each appointment a positive experience. Now on Dr. Berry- He’s incredibly patient and takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Thanks to his care, I no longer dealing with migraines or relying on unnecessary prescriptions from before. I’m grateful for his expertise and dedication!
