These recent yrs alot of staff have changed my complaints with the insurance were not taken seriously when I Evelyn I would tell tell and she took it as a joke it was so disappointing, the staff were liers the office always had problems with the phone line ( or so they said) lazy ass girls that were not committed to helping people. I switched doctors. People dont put up with this crap have peace of mind its your health

The care she receives and the trust I have in them is unparalleled. Yes, they are busy and you sometimes have to make follow-up calls, but it’s about getting the right treatment the first time. Dylan Frazin: Terrible physician. Showed up 45 minutes early for an appointment and didn’t get into a room until a hour after my appointment time. Very forgetful. Can’t remember simple things like if he ordered a CT scan or MRI. His front desk nurses are also very passive aggressive and plain rude especially on the phone. Dr Shek was probably a good doctor in the 90’s but now he should retire.

Marisela Robles: This place deserves zero stars! Horrible record keeping! Sent an “invoice” with no transaction # and no phone number to call them, 2 years later. Does not state what the visit was for or what the amount being charged is for. Unprofessional invoice!!! I called to speak to them and handle it through them and ended up with no help at all. I had to call the insurance company I had at that time. Spent several days and hours on the phone. ONLY to tell me it was a mistake because my insurance representative did a 3 way call… they knew they couldn’t get away with it. This also happened to my mom. She was being billed for $1,000 for an appointment she had canceled ahead of time. They claim she was seen! They fail to updated their systems. The old lady in the front is rude, cuts you off when speaking and hangs up the phone. The other two assistants just keep passing the phone to each other when they don’t have an answer to your questions. Eliesko is the “bill representative” and she still couldn’t help me. The clinic is outdated. If you want service from 1950 and want old school typewriter health report, this is your spot. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!!

Adam Lang: This is the second time weve used this Urgent Care. Both times we had very good experiences. Wait times were not bad. The front desk and the Doctors and nurses were great. Very friendly. The facility was clean. And , today they were showing Tangled while I waited.
