5 /5 George Romeo: I needed to find a local doctor after leaving Riverside county. I looked on the website for reviews on doctors in OC. The reviews for Dr. Roges were outstanding and impressive, so I decided to put my trust in him. My experience was life changing to say the least. He is so compassionate and really takes the time neccesary to satisfy your needs. In 18 months my health has gone from poor to excellent. I owe all my success to him. He made me feel more like a family member than a patient. I would highly recommend Dr Roges to anyone who is looking for a physician.

Marisela Robles: This place deserves zero stars! Horrible record keeping! Sent an “invoice” with no transaction # and no phone number to call them, 2 years later. Does not state what the visit was for or what the amount being charged is for. Unprofessional invoice!!! I called to speak to them and handle it through them and ended up with no help at all. I had to call the insurance company I had at that time. Spent several days and hours on the phone. ONLY to tell me it was a mistake because my insurance representative did a 3 way call… they knew they couldn’t get away with it. This also happened to my mom. She was being billed for $1,000 for an appointment she had canceled ahead of time. They claim she was seen! They fail to updated their systems. The old lady in the front is rude, cuts you off when speaking and hangs up the phone. The other two assistants just keep passing the phone to each other when they don’t have an answer to your questions. Eliesko is the “bill representative” and she still couldn’t help me. The clinic is outdated. If you want service from 1950 and want old school typewriter health report, this is your spot. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!!
