He has a very warm bedside manner, is very responsive in times of urgency & his staff is very efficient in helping us understand our insurance. Anytime we need a question about meds answered, they always answer promptly.

2 /5 Renato Olano: The doctor is good but the staffs are inefficient. Never give a call to their patient to remind the appointment. The same thing happened to my wife. Telling also that prescription was sent to the pharmacy but sending to the wrong pharmacy.

1 /5 Hector Huerta: First time patient, the girl didnt greet me properly, she stared at me like what am I doing there ( no welcome what can I do for you today, or brings you in today, N0!) I asked if they took walk ins and all she just said were done for the day! Okits fine but thats all she said and I think she expected me to turn around and leave ( instead of telling me were dine but were available from this day to this time and I can make you an appointment) the I asked what days are available? Then she just said tomorrow from this time to this time and. then again didnt mention more and just stared at me. I asked for a full schedule what days and times in the week areavailable, she didnt know! Where do they hired these people from!? Do they go thru an interview before theyre hired??? She did a horrible job. Its the chubby mexican girl with light skin.

2 /5 Fernando Luna: The phone is almost never answered. The doctor is rude when you finally get to tell him about your health problems. The staff is very friendly and does their best.
