04-2025 Advanced Family Medical Group in Best 15 MEDICAL SERVICES near Anaheim, CADr. David Y. Shek, MD - Anaheim Dylan Frazin: Terrible physician. Showed up 45 minutes early for an appointment and didn’t get into a room until a hour after my appointment time. Very forgetful. Can’t remember simple things like if he ordered a CT scan or MRI. His front desk nurses are also very passive aggressive and plain rude especially on the phone. Dr Shek was probably a good doctor in the 90’s but now he should retire.
Santos Joey a MD - Anaheim Toni Spencer: I have been taking a family member to appointments with Dr. Santos for the last 4 years. He has a very warm bedside manner, is very responsive in times of urgency & his staff is very efficient in helping us understand our insurance. Anytime we need a question about meds answered, they always answer promptly.

Horrible record keeping! Sent an “invoice” with no transaction # and no phone number to call them, 2 years later. Does not state what the visit was for or what the amount being charged is for. Unprofessional invoice!!!
I called to speak to them and handle it through them and ended up with no help at all. I had to call the insurance company I had at that time. Spent several days and hours on the phone. ONLY to tell me it was a mistake because my insurance representative did a 3 way call… they knew they couldn’t get away with it.
This also happened to my mom. She was being billed for $1,000 for an appointment she had canceled ahead of time. They claim she was seen! They fail to updated their systems. The old lady in the front is rude, cuts you off when speaking and hangs up the phone. The other two assistants just keep passing the phone to each other when they don’t have an answer to your questions. Eliesko is the “bill representative” and she still couldn’t help me.
The clinic is outdated. If you want service from 1950 and want old school typewriter health report, this is your spot. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!!

Wait times were not bad. The front desk and the Doctors and nurses were great. Very friendly.
The facility was clean.
And , today they were showing Tangled while I waited.
