1 /5 Corrine Koenig: Incredibly rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, the place where the worst doctors and most incompetent staff go to. A true nightmare. They are dishonest crooks, who also engage in very dishonest billing practices. They don’t help anybody, a true scam. Their doctors licenses should be pulled away. The worst doctors office I have been to in my 75 years .

1 /5 Jay 17: This place should be reported to police or some authority that can take this place down along with their doctors, and all other staff. This shouldn’t exist in America or anywhere else. Absolutely rude, careless people. Been trying to get an appointment for 3 months now. They have some other agency that answers when you call them but they wont set up an appointment with you. You need to take days later where they will call you to book an appointment that will happen like 2 months later. They cancel and postpone your appointments without notice. People who work in the medical field need kindness and this people is horrendous

1 /5 Sylvia Trieu: My dad was transported in a gurney for his appointment, and they had to wait more than an hour before they brought us in. When Dr. Cindy Tran came in to see my dad, she asked a few questions as to why he’s there, I advised her that he was released from the hospital a few months ago with a catheter and this was a follow up. She asked if he was able to pee on his own, I said yes but he uses a diaper and doesn’t know when he pees at times as we had several accidents. She stated that if he’s able to pee on his own, he’s not retaining urine so there’s no issues. The issue would be if we mind changing diapers. I also advised her of a would from the last catheter, she said she didn’t handle wound care. I just wanted her to examine him but it was like pulling teeth to get her to examine him. She finally examined him after I pushed for it. She requested a urine sample, and had them run a test to see if he was retaining. The urine sample showed he has a urine infection and even after he peed, the test showed he was retaining more than 300ML of urine. In my experience, I would NOT recommend coming here. The staff was friendly but the doctor was rude and I felt that if I didn’t push her to examine my dad, she wouldn’t have even done anything.

1 /5 Sins: After calling them for weeks and finally getting an appointment finally came here and I had no other choice because my primary doctor referred me here! Had to wait more than an hour from my original appointment time and when I went in the restroom to do an urine test I realized there isnt any toilet seat covers, and when I asked one of the staff, they said they dont have any. And no soap to wash my hands after I was done. Overall very poor experience and do not recommend anyone coming here, this is my second time here because the first time I came, the first time ( 2019 ) instead of getting a surgery done, the doctor decided to put tubes inside my body to get the kidney stones out, without even letting me know and I realized theres tubes in my body 2 weeks after. And on my second appointment they kicked me out because I refused to do their job for them which was to get my Cat scan results from the Hospital. If you get referred to Dr.Mohammad Faysal ( I wouldnt even call him a doctor ) Please do yourself a favor and try setting up an appointment with someone else.
