When we came in, we were the second. The front desk Alicia told me thereās only two in front of us. The one they are currently serving and the one thatās on the screen before us. We were at number 1 for 30 minutes. But they keep having other patients cut in front of us. All three patients cut in front of us came in much later than we did. All they did was chatting with the front desk, Alicia and Martha, and laughing, then we saw the numbers all of sudden popped up in front of us. When we asked, the supervisor said, ā oh this is technical issue.ā In total there were five cut of line. When we trying to figure out whatās going on with the supervisor Egar, the security came warning us keep it down. This is ridiculous! When they were chatting with those cut in lines using Spanish, their voice was way louder, but we got warned by the security? We ask for refund of our copay, Martha, that girl just kept shutting us up and had us wait for another 15 minutes but still no refund in a very rude attitude and rolled her eyes on us.
