Lisa Valdez: Im absolutely disgusted by the staff. No communication at all, super rude, and incompetent. Dont even get me started on their attitude. I have yet to hear back from the doctor about my postive test results and what that could mean for me. When I spoke to the staff about my concerns and why the doctor hasnt reached out to me in over two weeks, the girl on the phone started yelling about how I have to make a separate appointment when its their job to follow up. Dr. Sunny herself is really sweet, and professional. I love how shes attentive and listens to my concerns. However, if you need anything at all from the office staff, youre better off doing it yourself. This isnt my first poor interaction with them but it is my last. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. UPDATE: they finally called me back in regards to my test results 4 MONTHS LATER. The woman over the phone laughed about it as if it were some type of joke. I told her it was ridiculously unacceptable and she just brushed it off. They also replied to my prior post with a sad fake apology.

Elija slinkard: I voluntarily came here because I was having a panic attack. When I asked to leave, they placed me on a 5150 hold without evaluating me at all which is illegal. The entire time I was here, there wasn’t a single therapist or therapy group offered. The “occupational” therapy was literally them letting everyone go outside and do nothing for 30 minutes. No instruction, no guided activities, nothing. The facility was also so disgusting and unclean it made me incredibly nauseous. Do not send your loved ones here if they need help. This place did literally nothing to help but pump people full of medication. Because I’m pregnant they couldn’t give me any meds so I was forced to sit there and do literally nothing all day. Not great for anyone’s mental health at all.

Ralph Solis: Avoid this ER at all cost! Wife was brought here due to paramedics thinking she was having a stroke. The nurses were too busy flirting with the paramedics to administer any aid to my wife. My wife was fine and transported back to our primary hospital for overnight observation. I usually give nurses the benefit of the doubt because of what they do, in general,. However, this was completely unacceptable behavior from both the nurses as well as the paramedics that seem to just be hanging out here.

Aimee Rodriguez: I dont have anything good to say about the emergency room staff I had the worst experience in the ER the front desk is rude a lady in specific I didnt get her name we would ask her a question and she would continue to talk to her co-worker until it irritated her to answer the question. Im pregnant and the restroom was in use when I asked if I can use a different one the way she let other people use on the floor but she insisted for me to wait. She didnt care about treating anyone with good service and the nurses dont allow you to go back with your loved one not even your spouse.
