1 /5 Lisa Valdez: Im absolutely disgusted by the staff. No communication at all, super rude, and incompetent. Dont even get me started on their attitude. I have yet to hear back from the doctor about my postive test results and what that could mean for me. When I spoke to the staff about my concerns and why the doctor hasnt reached out to me in over two weeks, the girl on the phone started yelling about how I have to make a separate appointment when its their job to follow up. Dr. Sunny herself is really sweet, and professional. I love how shes attentive and listens to my concerns. However, if you need anything at all from the office staff, youre better off doing it yourself. This isnt my first poor interaction with them but it is my last. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. UPDATE: they finally called me back in regards to my test results 4 MONTHS LATER. The woman over the phone laughed about it as if it were some type of joke. I told her it was ridiculously unacceptable and she just brushed it off. They also replied to my prior post with a sad fake apology.

5 /5 Ana-Maria Greene: My interactions with this office have ALWAYS been positive. Ive been a patient for MANY years. All the staff members have been receptive and accommodating. Dr. Sunny, Dr. Morinishi, and the nurse practitioner have consistently helped me with my medical needs and have referred me to several specialists. I would definitely recommend this office.

1 /5 M C: I gave up on this place. They dont respect the appointment times. Every single time I have had an appointment its like a 1.5-2 hour wait to see the doctor. The last time was the worst. My appointment was for 1:45. I didnt see my doctor until 3:15pm. Its always the same apology, they are busy. There wasnt that many people in the waiting room. As much as I like Dr. Sunny and her nurse practitioner, I cant do this anymore. I read other reviews about the front desk admins being rude, that has never been my experience, however being put on hold for a long time and hung up was a common occurrence.

1 /5 Brian: This place deserves a negative stars for its incompetence and lack of customer service. An appointment is useless because theyre never even close to the appointment time. Waiting for a phone and never getting one back to me because they mis-dialed my number saying it was incorrect. The incompetence is next level. Dont waste your time going here. Save yourself.

2 /5 Chloe Bui: Their staff is often perceived as rude. While they may not necessarily be expected to exude the same level of hospitality as the service industry, basic respect is essential. The individual who assisted us over the phone in scheduling an appointment provided no opportunity for discussion. Every response seemed to be a firm no, with claims of everything being fully booked. The only exception was Lisa, who appeared friendly, though unfortunately, we didnt get the chance to engage with her
