5 /5 Michael Montoya: Came here today for my dads wound care appointment. The Nurse (Tim) was the one to help us out. Even provided us a bed to take care of a personal unrelated medical matter that required some privacy. They were extra accommodating to our needs on top of our regular appointment provisions. Things were neat and organized. Staff were on point & went above and beyond. Patient care was satisfactory. Facilities were clean. Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Kaiser Permanente! 5 /5 Robin Johnson: Quality care. ER staff fantastic. Every doctor Ive seen were exceptional. They gave as much time as needed to explain and such. GI, Radiology, cardiology, lab were fantastic. Check in easy. Wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Physical therapy phase and currently doing PT at home daily. My expectations have been exceeded! Veronica MA. Is very personable, and empathetic . I love being treated like a person not a body part. 1 /5 Florilyn Sheene Marce: Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lack of Care and Compassion My mother was in severe pain when we arrived at the hospital, yet we were left waiting in the lobby for over 6 hours. During this time, my parents requested a blanket for my mother but were told that blankets were unavailable, and if they provided one, other patients would also ask for them. This response showed a complete lack of compassion and patient care. After hours of waiting, my mother was only given pain medication, and no tests were conducted. We were then sent home without any further examination or treatment. It is unfathomable that a hospital would treat patients in this manner. I strongly advise avoiding this facility, as you can find better and more compassionate care elsewhere. This experience left me and my family feeling disappointed, frustrated, and utterly let down by the lack of empathy and professionalism demonstrated by the hospital staff.

5 /5 Audra Wright-Alderson: The ER and hospital Doctors and almost all of the nurses and staff including security are so competent and caring and provide the best care. Every organization has some bad actors but Kaiser Anaheim has done a great job at vetting and training their staff. They have saved my Mothers life and tended to the urgent needs of my children and their Father over the years. The recent care my Mother has received in the ER and on the 2nd floor has been amazing.
