3 /5 H Eric “Hello, Good Morning”: This place is ghetto. The wait time is rediculos. There is nothing worse than offices that dont pay attention to their front office/front desk. I know there are things behind the scenes we dont see, but they feel unorganized. Also, they were talking about why customers were there in the office. HIPPA violations! Why are you talking loud while walking out front. They were also doing consults out front in the sitting area. And why is there a broke down mini van in the parking lot that has spiderwebs all over it showing how long its been there. What in the world? This is what you get when you randomly use google maps. Thank God for Jazmin, she was personable and helpful and fast.

1 /5 Amanda Koning: This place is a joke.. The doctor took FOREVER to come into the room and then proceeded to talk so damn fast that I couldnt even get two words out to answer any of his questions. I knew I had strep throat and he confirmed it and gave me antibiotics. I had mentioned that I had a wound on my leg that randomly showed up on my leg. He literally stood there and said that the Z-pack would not only clear up the issue with my throat he said it would clear up the spot on my leg.. I finished the antibiotics for my throat and it DIDNT WORK ON THE SORE ON MY LEGS!! It has been 11 days andthe wound on my lower leg NEVER healed. They had taken a swab to send in and see what it was and they told me they were going to call me with the result for.. well never got the call and did some research just to find that my suspicion was right.. I had cellulitis.. this place doesnt even deserve a star.. its nothing but frauds and quacks

5 /5 Brandy Taylor: First visit to their Urgent Care (their facility is immaculate) staff unbelievably friendly as well as the Doctor which was extremely attentive to my 92yo grandmother, thorough in his examination & also clear in his explanations of the issue & treatment plan. . GREAT place I will be making them my number 1 go to for any future healthcare.

Anthony Guevarra: I like the Doctor here his very nice DR Vough and DR LEE if i spell it correctly but the only issue i have going in here is this staff that answers the phone they should be train to answer phone calls every time you call they put you on hold as if they are so busy but if your there they dont do anything they just chat! My prescription has been going back and forth with the pharmacy they blame my pharmacy then the pharmacy blames them not sending the code again i dont know if this people are tired of their jobs or over work but jesus christ if your not happy with your job just quit! They have communication issues here i hate to go somewhere else again i like Dr. Vough he is very nice Doctor but you could only tolerate so much!

MacEachern Cait (Cat): This office has not been properly cleaned in weeks, or possibly months. I have never been in a doctor’s office as neglected as this one. I did not feel comfortable with receiving treatment at this facility. Dr. Ahmed seemed unconcerned with my objection to the cleanliness standard of this clinic, and her only suggestion was that I seek treatment elsewhere. Dr. Ahmed: please take control of your facility and take pride in your accreditation as a physician — demand better standards for care in your clinic.

He really cares about his patients beyond what most doctors are willing to do for their patients whether it is a long personal visit to make sure every question I had is addressed or urgent appointments for my parents who are senior medicare patients, Dr. Singh goes above and beyond to make himself available.

Alethia Larios: I just transferred my Medical to another Provider. The main thing I will mention is that if you have multiple medical issues and on a budget, I wouldnt go with this Doctor. She had me schedule her according to her concerns, and would let me share mine during the visit. She told me one thing at at time, and that I have to schedule to see her again even after I told her that my insurance copays are high and to top it off, all I needed was referrals. Sorry, just being honest.

Rus Mo: Been coming here for the last 3-4 years for an annual check and physical. I found Dr. Be is very thorough with his evaluation and assessments. Consequently there will be a wait time about 10-15 min usually due to the thoroughness of Dr. Be. Appointments are preferred here and most insurance is taken. Its in a plaza so parking is shared with other shops. They are open M-F and every 3rd Saturday I think, because thats when I usually go. If youre on the lookout for a General Practioner Or family medicine check him out.

Robert Lee: From start to finish I was blown away by the service at CHOC. We were transferred in from St. Francis hospital. The nurses and doctors were so attentive and kept us up to speed on everything. We had so much confidence that our son would be taken cared of. We were so confident that we rested couple days at home because the nurses took care of our son like it was their own child. Dr Sinha gave me a drawing of what is going on and what surgical procedure they were going to operate. I had such confidence in the doctors to do the job. My son was carefully monitored and taken cared of. We were at CHOC for a time period of about 3 weeks. Was impressed by the security as well. They were very observant and they made sure no unnecessary visitors would go through. Thank you so much to everyone at CHOC! Keep up the great work!

Adrian Martinez: I had a consult with their PA who has good bedside manner and seems to know her stuff. The doctor seems good as well. The problem is the staff, they do not follow up with results, referrals and do not communicate with patients at all unless you call in directly, this causes a delay in patient care. When you do call they always have at least 3 calls ahead of you. They have awful telephone etiquette. They presume to speak on the practitioners behalf regarding decisions and questions. I am stuck with this office until I can resolve my current issue and start with my new insurance in about 2 months. My advice would be to look elsewhere and run as far away from this office as you can. I was a medical assistant for 6 years and I just started as a registered nurse this year and this office does not know how to treat their patients with respect and compassion.
