Alissa M: The office staff has no idea what they are doing. I called to get an appointment however when I got there suddenly they didnt. I told them that they were listed on my insurances website as taking my insurance and was told that they do but they wont take mine. They wasted an hour of my time would not recommend them to anyone.
Elija slinkard: I voluntarily came here because I was having a panic attack. When I asked to leave, they placed me on a 5150 hold without evaluating me at all which is illegal. The entire time I was here, there wasn’t a single therapist or therapy group offered. The “occupational” therapy was literally them letting everyone go outside and do nothing for 30 minutes. No instruction, no guided activities, nothing. The facility was also so disgusting and unclean it made me incredibly nauseous. Do not send your loved ones here if they need help. This place did literally nothing to help but pump people full of medication. Because I’m pregnant they couldn’t give me any meds so I was forced to sit there and do literally nothing all day. Not great for anyone’s mental health at all.
Ralph Solis: Avoid this ER at all cost! Wife was brought here due to paramedics thinking she was having a stroke. The nurses were too busy flirting with the paramedics to administer any aid to my wife. My wife was fine and transported back to our primary hospital for overnight observation. I usually give nurses the benefit of the doubt because of what they do, in general,. However, this was completely unacceptable behavior from both the nurses as well as the paramedics that seem to just be hanging out here.
Lama Nakami: My mom had an excellent experience with Dr. Victor Fayad at Anaheim Medical Clinic. From the moment she walked in she felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Fayad took an extra time to listen to all my mom’s concerns and provided clear, thorough explanation of her condition and treatment options. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and professional, making my mom feel comfortable and confident in the care she was receiving. The office staff was also very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend Dr. Victor Fayad at Anaheim Medical Clinic to anyone seeking personalized high-quality medical care.

Msessie Hollis: Horrible sitting here now had an appointment bat 10 got here at 945 its now 1043 and still have not been seen. I definitely will be changing Drs. When I asked why lady at the front dest said she didnt know why. But everyone who came on before me and way after me got called right away. This wouldnt be acceptable if I was late for my appt 40 mins I would have to pay the late fee to reschedule as well as reschedule my appointment. Then when I said I had to go they claim 5 mins and I would be seen but instead of seeing me ina actual room I am in the room with a bunch of vaccine refrigerator so its like a supply room with a medical bed in it. Just horrible. And I thought planned parenthood was bad. Tacky!!!
Mickeyz S: Great experience during the child birth and nice nurses, there is a lady that goes around and asking about the food she interrupted our friends and family time to tell us about the food and explain the goods about it which isnt needed at the time and ruined the experience of first time visit and to top it off car tires were stolen from their parking structures, 1 star for the security that was working that night, plus they told me its not their first time it has happened. what a joke.
Michael Montoya: Came here today for my dads wound care appointment. The Nurse (Tim) was the one to help us out. Even provided us a bed to take care of a personal unrelated medical matter that required some privacy. They were extra accommodating to our needs on top of our regular appointment provisions.
Things were neat and organized. Staff were on point & went above and beyond. Patient care was satisfactory. Facilities were clean.
Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
