Its clear that the staff genuinely cares about each person who walks through the door. They go above and beyond to accommodate schedules and get you in for appointments as promptly as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to others. The receptionists are exceptional—friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist!

The doctor was outstanding, showing genuine care, understanding, and compassion for everything I needed. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team that makes you feel heard and valued. 5 /5 priscillla: Very fast less then 2 hours to get in and out. Really helpful and informative. Felt like I was being heard and understood. The lobby chairs do need to be updated but that is an easy fix and would not stop me from coming here again. Id rather come here then the ER. Ive waiting 6 hours at the ER for the same results as Urgent Care in less the time. Highly recommend

1 /5 Desiree Raju: If I could rate lower I would. Reception was apathetic and sloppy. Waited 3 hours to be seen and the entire time was told I was next to be seen… watched 12 people go back before me until I lost my patience and asked for a refund. To avoid giving a refund they brought me back within 10 minutes of my request for refund. NP was classy and polite but doesn’t seem qualified to do her job. I was told my lungs are clear, violent coughing fits, strained voice and abdominal pain from straining to cough. After one negative viral test I was told that I have a virus but again, was given no real confirmation and was told if I wanted testing I needed to go to the ER. Facility was filthy, I’ve seen nicer facilities in developing countries. Whole experience was terrible from start to finish. I would never refer someone to this facility.

1 /5 Yola Chavez: Went in for a sore throat yet Dr never even checked me there. He was leaving the room and I told him about it. Turned out I had a throat infection! If I hadn’t called him back in he would have let me leave and my infection would have gotten worse. There was also no tissues or hand sanitizer. When I needed to blow my nose I was directed to the bathroom where the only paper was toilet paper sitting on top of the toilet uncovered. I’m not putting that on my face. That’s disgusting.
