It wasnt healing w the antibiotics prescribed by a different doctor the week prior. Dr. Wilson took the time to talk to me about what the possibilities are and what we could do, he listened and put me at ease. I felt extremely cared for and w the blood cultures and additional meds Im starting to see improvement today. Andy M. Dr. Chung is the master! I used to cycle and run and workout regularly. Then I injured my back and couldnt feel either of my legs and could only move one of them, barely. I saw two other doctors who said I was done with exercise, and wanted to do fusions. Then I saw Dr. Chung and he operated (not fusions) on my back. Douglas Dierenfield Services of the staff and Doc are excellent. My only complaint is the online registration program is not very user friendly. A back button would have made minor changes possible without having to start over. Pharmacy info was not up to date, scrolling through ethnicity, though fascinating to see how many there were, could have been more efficient with just typing it in. An AI upgrade is needed. Once through that, the experience was very efficient and friendly. The doc has an excellent bedside manner.
