Recovery and results from my operation couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The entire Alta operation is supportive, efficient and welcoming. Having seen three doctors there, I have recommended the practice widely.

5 /5 Douglas Dierenfield: Services of the staff and Doc are excellent. My only complaint is the online registration program is not very user friendly. A back button would have made minor changes possible without having to start over. Pharmacy info was not up to date, scrolling through ethnicity, though fascinating to see how many there were, could have been more efficient with just typing it in. An AI upgrade is needed. Once through that, the experience was very efficient and friendly. The doc has an excellent bedside manner.

5 /5 Tracy Kofford: Dr. Birch literally saved my career! I needed a total hip replacement and Dr. Birch got me on the schedule within 2 weeks! From the moment I sat with Dr. Birch and everyone in Alta, I knew I had chosen the right place to do my surgery. The operation was a huge success! I am out of pain and even my SI Joint pain is gone. My surgery was scheduled for 7am and it was right on time and everyone was kind, informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Birch and would do it again in a heartbeat. Words cannot express my gratitude to everyone involved, from the front desk, to my pre/post op, the surgery center. Thank you all for getting me back on my feet and out of pain!

Dr. Birch is concerned and helping me with images to get to the bottom of the pain. Very satisfied!!!! I have been a patient of Alta for many years and I am impressed with the improvement I have seen over the past 2 years. Employees are cheerful and happy to help. They are better organized and stay on schedule. The doctors take time to answer questions and concerns. Highly recommend the practice!!
