Trisha Pires I’ve been bragging and talking about this place to my family and friends. Dr M and his practice was the best choice I’ve ever made. After months of unexplained bleeding , blood transfusions and just not feeling good I got tired of my doctors always placing me on birth controls that made me feel worse and not ever look into what was actually going on. Coming here Dr. M has the most amazing table side manners. He is so well mannered, very respectful and makes you feel overall comfortable sharing what you’re feeling and that is not something I’ve experienced ever with doctors . He took a look into my horomones and I’ve been on injections for 6 weeks now and feel so amazing . My bleeding has stopped , he’s given me iron pushes that have made me feel like myself again. I came to this place so desperate and I’m glad I did. He also doesn’t charge you an arm and a leg for his amazing services!!! I wish we had more doctors like him !

Definitely one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! If you’re looking for a primary care physician, I would definitely recommend him.

Maryjane Cullum Dr. Anand Magoon is the best. He listens to you and on more than one occasion answered a message on the weekend. He is a very caring Physician.

L Conner Severe discrimination from this office via a rude staff member named Bertha, which is actually the name she gave. The doctors add on google stated he accepted Medicare and the woman blatantly lied to me stating she did not have the ability to check my sons coverage due to the Dr. was the office manager and ran the office too. Funny, cause I never been involved with a Doctor who checked all the insurances of their patient and called in the coverages themselves. Its cancerous employees like this who damages doctors offices by being rude and malice to potential patients then lying about their ability to do things. Employees like this need to be weeded out and discarded because they have no empathy dealing with the public and no people skills. Ill go ahead and post this on Health Grades too to inform future citizens on what they may go through trying to get a visit here if Bertha answers the phone. Stay away from this discriminating office.

Rosie Patino They do not have actual Dentist at their Turlock West dentist office. If you have any teeth urgency they only give you appointments for an evaluation many days ahead and then you have to wait many more days for actual treatment even on urgent matters.

Divina i do not know if you guys are aware but a worker of yours is so rude her character is not professional the way she treats people that are struggling financially shouldn’t be acceptable in a work place like yours, where theres thousands of people that come and go with those issues in your place to be around a person like that to go and judge them after i hope you guys take control over it she lacks patience and cusses innocent people out and is just ruining your guys reputation with her poor behavior, and in a work place like yours human decency is mandatory spreading awareness to protect future patients. this her below please do better when hiring

Beverly Simms My PCP at Sutter in Turlock seems fine. However, I had an MRI of my brain last Tuesday March 4th to find out why I keep falling. AFTER the MRI at Sutter Health in Turlock, they told me it would take 5-7 days to get the results! Had I known that before, I NEVER would have gone to Sutter for imaging. It gets worse! I called Sutter Radiology today and after 3 phone calls, being passed around on hold for 43 minutes, I was told that the read time is now TWELVE DAYS! For an MRI!!!! They obviously do not have enough Radiologist. Yet they will bill the same amount as my insurance would have paid to any other radiology company who did the test and got the results read on time. 12 days! And it gets better. The person finally got to speak with said that she sent an Urgent message to her supervisor to talk to me. I ask how long would it take for the Supervisor to call me back. She said…24-48 hours to answer an urgent call

Jennifer Perry I have been here many times, often leaving disappointed or frustrated. This time was different. Everyone was kind, and they now do triage, which is nice. The doctor, Dr. Jackson was fantastic! He was personable to my 6-year-old son and myself and had excellent communication skills. He sat down while he charted and provided explanation/education—and acted in a completely unhurried manner. He connected with the patients and we discussed the plan of care together. It was a great experience and one Sutter should be very proud of. I only wish Dr. Jackson was a local physician and not a locum. I hope he continues to work with Sutter, he certainly elevated the quality brought to this urgent care!

Alice Nicastro We have been going to this Urgent Care for many years. We have always received the best care. The physicians and office staff are very polite and respectful. Many times the physician will call the next day to see how you are feeling. One time when I had Covid we were trying to find a pharmacy that had the antibiotic and although the office was closed they stayed open for me until we found a pharmacy that had the medication. Fantastic office...

austin nino Literally the worst place to go to for an OB. My wife has been waiting to be seen in the office for over and hour and a half, just to find out the Doctor LEFT and barely came back. She had to use the restroom while being 34 weeks pregnant which is hard to hold in and she couldnt get any help from the workers there. She felt constantly judged because she had to poke her head out of the door to REMIND the doctors she was there and was verbally told "they forgot she was in there". They are judgemental people and a terrible staff. I would never recommend this horrible place. Its disgusting how they keep a pregnant woman waiting in pain. If I could vote zero stars I would this horrid place doesnt even deserve a half star

He is very thorough and direct, which I completely respect. But hes also kind and caring and always listens to any concerns. Would recommend and have recommended to many women.

Ana Zamora I dont recommend this doctor at all. I decided to get my prenatal care here because of the reviews. I looked everywhere, Modesto, Riverbank, Salida, Houghson, Ceres and Turlock. I decided to go with him. After my experience it seems that he is biased based on the patient. Some patients have good interactions with him but in my situation I feel like he never addressed any of my questions or concerns. My entire pregnancy was a breeze however I started having hypertension during my last 39 week visit which was just ignored. I ended up having to get induced due to hypertension at 40 weeks. I lasted over 36 hours with my water broken and my baby and I experienced an onset case of sepsis. I was never informed that having my water broken for over 24 hours could lead to infection in the blood, sepsis or even death for me and my baby. My legs began to turn black and my urine turned almost red towards the end. My baby was born looking red, his skin was flushed and he had a low temperature for close to an hour. I also lost 1700 ml of blood during my cesarean. Also he wasnt even there due to a family emergency which who know if it was a true story. The doctor was hardly up to date with my case. So much so he was going to discharge me without antibiotics, iron pills and blood pressure medication. The girls here earn five stars but I do really feel that in my case Dr. Felix dropped the ball. I went through a lot of unnecessary suffering that my baby and I could have avoided. With that being said he can also be quite arrogant to family members. He treated my mom very poorly and would raised his voice at her a few times including when I was in labor which was very stressful. It is true that he does not look at you during the appointments or take the time to make you feel cared for. With that being said proceed at your own discretion if you decide to get care here with this doctor.

Danny Vincent I have going here for many years, but things have changed, I would have a complete check on both my eyes. And it only took less than one hour. Now I wait for almost two hours and now I have to come back a few weeks later. Things I have changed there. I have will not be coming back.

Richard Kline Dr. Lee did cataract procedures on both my eyes for me recently and they turned out awesome! The office staff was pleasant and helpful and wait times were reasonable. Dr. Lee didnt talk much but he did a great job on my eyes!
