Funny, cause I never been involved with a Doctor who checked all the insurances of their patient and called in the coverages themselves. Its cancerous employees like this who damages doctors offices by being rude and malice to potential patients then lying about their ability to do things. Employees like this need to be weeded out and discarded because they have no empathy dealing with the public and no people skills. Ill go ahead and post this on Health Grades too to inform future citizens on what they may go through trying to get a visit here if Bertha answers the phone. Stay away from this discriminating office.
