5 /5 Julie Ann M Crocker: The Clinic is much better about time management. It used to be a 2 hour wait . Not any more. I’m usually in and out of there with in 30 minutes.

5 /5 Steven Bui: Service: The workers are all nice and friendly. They will welcome you and they will actually look for you if your name was called. Wait Time: Not a lot of patient at this location. Appointments and walk in goes by really fast compared to other Santa Clara County Valley Health Center. Cleanliness: This facility is clean. Even the restroom is clean. The outside was also clean. They take care of their facility. Even the carpet looks great. Parking: Lots of parking and they have solar panels above the parking so your car will stay cool.

1 /5 Frank Perez: I tried to make a vaccine appointment over the phone for my parents who are eligible, a lady named Jessica was really rude, she told me I couldn’t make an appointment cuz my parents have Kaiser. I know a lot of people that have Kaiser & got their vaccine at Valley Health. Because of the way Santa Clara County is distributing the vaccine Kaiser has not received very many doses. I made my parents an appointment on the website, they got their vaccine with no questions asked. The county needs to get their sh*t together. Jessica shouldn’t be answering the phone.

1 /5 Itzel Grajales: Some of these MAs need to be trained on how to work with kids with autism! Definitely not going back to their urgent care. She was very rude trying to rush everything while my son was having a meltdown.

5 /5 Trish Wamsat: Had a mammogram here and it was so easy and fast. Brand new machine, excellent technician, no pain.
