Kaiser Permanente Ontario Vineyard Medical Offices - Ontario
Simone Zimmer: Had a 6pm appointment in radiology. Checked in at 5:38 and was out the door before 6:15. The tech was excellent. Fast, friendly, efficient. I had received a referral to an outside provider but emailed and asked for the appointment at KP. Emailed on Monday- got an appointment for Friday of the same week. I always prefer to get my care at KP from Union members! The technician was Kenneth.
Healthpointe Ontario - Ontario
Richard O: If you are a workers compensation patient do your research before you see anyone they recommend. Dr. Li is very thorough and diligent when it comes to treating his patients. Through his efforts was able to help me get the care and treatment I needed for my injury. I highly recommend him and will continue to see him for my work injury pain.
San Dimas Community Hospital - San Dimas
Amanda Ochoa: Our time at the hospital was quick. We have gone for our toddler who had shoved a bead up her nose. From the time we walked in to the time we walked out we felt cared for and compassion by all staff front office and in the back rooms. The Doctor was quick but also compassionate and very considerate of our daughter and of us as parents. He explained everything he was gonna do showed us and have his staff of nurses be gentle but efficient . Overall if it was a wonderful experience for something that could have been very traumatizing for our little one.
Inland Metro Medical Group - Ontario
Dave Wyman: I’ve had nothing but a positive experience when dealing with the staff for the last 4 months. Yes, they are busy but any issues i have had got handled quickly.

Advanced Medical and Urgent Care Center - Upland
Salma Lopez: I called this urgent care at 1:42 PM to confirm they had x-ray availability, and the medical assistant who answered assured me they did. By 1:55 PM, I was in their office, filling out paperwork, and they had taken my copay. The medical assistant who assisted me was dismissive, constantly interrupting instead of letting me explain my symptoms properly. When the nurse practitioner finally came in, she told me I needed x-rays—but then mentioned their machine might be down. She left the room, only to return and confirm that, yes, the machine was down. So they wasted my time, took my money, and tried to refer me elsewhere for imaging when I could have gone to a different urgent care, avoided, paying another copay and waiting even longer for care. Urgent care is supposed to provide immediate attention. Why would I accept a referral for x-rays and wait 1–2 days for results when I came in expecting same-day service? That defeats the purpose. I asked for a refund, and the clinic manager initially told me they’d mail me a check. When I requested written confirmation, she left and returned, saying the owners would Zelle me my refund instead. Zelle? How unprofessional. What are they even going to report to my insurance? This is the second time they’ve turned me away for x-rays. If they don’t have a functioning machine, they shouldn’t be advertising that service. On top of that, their customer service is subpar. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
Kindred Hospital Rancho : Inland Empire Extra Care - Rancho Cucamonga
mikaaa: two stars solely because they gave me antibiotics. i get frequent ear infections and had to come here at about 7:30 in the morning, but the people at the front desk told us that the doctor won’t even be there until 8. how can they advertise it as a 24 hour urgent care if there just aren’t people there to see you before certain times? they really take the “urgent” out of urgent care. even when we were the first people in there, it still took us forever to be seen. they wouldn’t let my guardian go back with me (understandable, i’m 17 so i don’t necessarily need her to go back with me) and spoke to her in a very rude manner. doctor looked at me for approximately 1 minute, didn’t even tell me what she had prescribed me and left. fast forward about an hour and we’re at the pharmacy waiting for my meds only to find out that they had BARELY sent the prescriptions over. i’ve had many other bad experiences with this place as well, but this just felt absurd.
Las Colinas Post Acute - Ontario
Joseph Lares: When my grandma got there she was awake and alert and each week she was there she got worse. Patients are 3 to a room and don’t get looked in on enough. I get they might not be staffed enough but if that’s the case don’t take so many patients . And the nurses are rude and act like it’s a waste of their time to help and they just stay at the nurses station just talking loudly and getting upset when they get called. My grandma ended passing away and while I don’t blame them directly I don’t think they did anything to care for her in a way that would have made her better.
Kindred Hospital San Gabriel Valley - West Covina
Betty Ross: My dad stayed at Kindred for a month and we had a very good experience with this hospital. The staff are caring and kind, especially Tyson. He was supportive and patience with my dad. My dad always thanked him for his exceptional care. My dad was fed only puréed food during his stay. Although the baby-food looking meal did not look interesting, he said the food tasted good. Good job chef! It was a difficult time when your loved ones stayed in the long term acute care hospital, we always have questions and the staff were patience to answer our questions. They lessened our concerns and anxiety. I’d highly recommend Kindred to anyone who needs to stay at a long term acute care hospital.
Optum - San Bernardino - San Bernardino
Roger DELOS REYES: Called this place and talked to a customer service name Nancy regarding a prescriptions refill. Informed this person that my wife requested a refill since Monday and just to follow today (Thursday) if medication was already approved. This person said that she will forward message to the provider and nothing she can do after that. They won’t let us forward our call to the provider due to their protocol. Asked what Dan we do to expedite the issue, she said just wait for 24 hrs for them to call us. Asked her again what happens if I don’t receive any call, how will my issue be resolved, no inputs on her side except just wait when. She doesn’t want to hear anymore questions from me so she hang up the phone on me. What kind of customer service this place is, rude and no manners personnel. This place don’t have a patient care relationship. Won’t recommend anyone to have service from Optum care of San Bernardino. Bad place to talked to their rude customer service staff. They need to be replaced. Upset Customer
