1 /5 Roger DELOS REYES: Called this place and talked to a customer service name Nancy regarding a prescriptions refill. Informed this person that my wife requested a refill since Monday and just to follow today (Thursday) if medication was already approved. This person said that she will forward message to the provider and nothing she can do after that. They won’t let us forward our call to the provider due to their protocol. Asked what Dan we do to expedite the issue, she said just wait for 24 hrs for them to call us. Asked her again what happens if I don’t receive any call, how will my issue be resolved, no inputs on her side except just wait when. She doesn’t want to hear anymore questions from me so she hang up the phone on me. What kind of customer service this place is, rude and no manners personnel. This place don’t have a patient care relationship. Won’t recommend anyone to have service from Optum care of San Bernardino. Bad place to talked to their rude customer service staff. They need to be replaced.
