5 /5 Simone Zimmer: Had a 6pm appointment in radiology. Checked in at 5:38 and was out the door before 6:15. The tech was excellent. Fast, friendly, efficient. I had received a referral to an outside provider but emailed and asked for the appointment at KP. Emailed on Monday- got an appointment for Friday of the same week. I always prefer to get my care at KP from Union members! The technician was Kenneth.

5 /5 Sher Kho: Online Check-in works seamlessly, once Im in the facility I received a text message with instructions. Saves everyone time. The nurse and the doctor are aware of the reason/s of my visit. I am fortunate to find the right PCP thats very responsive and really care for my health. I appreciate also that I can email her and her staff. I try to be on-time if not early. Parking can be a little tough but I make sure I give myself enough time to find parking.

1 /5 Sammm: Kaiser is trash. First of all, the receptionists are rude, they get a nasty attitude when you tell them youll be paying the co-payment in cash. The lady that took my payment told the other nurse ugh another cash payment Im tired of these cash payments. If youre so tired of payments maybe you shouldnt be working there. Second, they told me that if I was going to be checking in my kids and I it would take an hour longer per person just to be seen. So I decided to just check in my daughter since she was vomiting. The nurse that checked her vitals told us that she would have seen us either way and they shouldnt have told me that. We wasted 3 hours just for the doctor to say that she could *possibly* have the flu and or any virus. I could have put on a white lab coat and told all the other patients there that they could possibly be sick. They didnt even give her any medicine for her to feel better. Kaiser is a joke, dont go to urgent care, they suck. They will take their sweet time but have plenty of beds available inside and all of the nurses that are there just gossip and text on their phones. If youre really in need of medical care go somewhere else. Theyll have you waiting the whole day just to tell you that youre "fine".

5 /5 diana padilla: I had an appointment today in the Infusion center and the Nurses there are always so friendly and Kind to there patients. I always observe to see how people interact and there always professional and caring towards there patients. Being 1st patient in the morning was awesome No Wait time, my infusion got started right away with no problems.

1 /5 Danielle Andresen: Went to urgent care around 6:45 Monday evening for lower abdominal pain. Wasnt even checked in because the nurse behind the counter said that they were going to close in 2hrs and I needed to go to the ER instead. Um, ok? So I went to the ER where we waited... until finally being called in around midnight! The nurse blew out all the veins on my right arm and hand got frustrated and had another nurse try on my other arm, blew those out and was digging in my arm poking nerves it felt like. All to finally listen and use smaller IV line on me like I had told them in the first place because I have small rolling veins... needless to say I am allll bruised up and sore! Didnt get out of there until 3:40am with everyone yelling at staff because of how extremely long the wait is. Absolutely absurd! Not one time did I or several people that went back with me got a room. We all had to sit in chairs with dividers. Nothing was clean, throw up bags and juice boxes behind the chairs. The chair I was in was filthy, had what looked like dry blood on the sides where you sit. They used the same rolling table to treat us all with no wiping down in between. It was crazy! Not sanitary at all!
