Dr. Shima Hadidchi MD Family Practice in Victorville, CA - Victorville
Vick: I’ve been coming to Dr. Shima Hadidchi, MD Family for several years, ever since my wife and I moved here and got married. However, I’ve noticed some questionable practices at this office, particularly since COVID-19. Despite having Medicare and informing them every visit, they always assure me that they accept it. Yet, when I had bloodwork done, not only was the experience terrible—the person drawing our blood was so unskilled that he admitted he was struggling—but we were also later charged unexpectedly. We ended up going elsewhere for our bloodwork because of how poorly it was handled. To make matters worse, they never actually provided us with the full results. They spoke about our bloodwork but failed to inform us of important details, such as allergies, which they were supposed to disclose. Additionally, I was never given any dietary guidance based on my results, making me question why I was being charged when they weren’t delivering complete care. The biggest issue is their lack of transparency with billing. They assured me that my Medicare covered the services, yet they still charged me without informing me. They even waited until the charges accumulated interest before calling me—sometimes a year later—to demand payment. I’ve also noticed a strange pattern—every time I’ve been charged, it seems to happen around tax season, often a year after the visit. It feels odd to me, almost like they intentionally wait before sending out bills. I’m not sure why, but it’s definitely something to be aware of. Another frustrating incident was when they called to inform me that I needed some shots, but later, I was billed for a tele-visit—even though I never spoke to a doctor, just a receptionist. It feels like they are looking for any excuse to charge patients. At this point, I find it difficult to trust them, and I strongly urge others to check their accounts carefully. If you’ve had a similar experience, I recommend leaving a negative review to warn others.

Beth Davis: Ive always been very satisfied with the doctors here, but this place makes too many scheduling mistakes and the wait times are beyond ridiculous, plus you cant call the place directly, which can cause problems. Im finally getting fed up and going to be switching doctors.
St. Mary Medical Center Foundation - Apple Valley
Erika Moberg: Literally the worst hospital ever. Had to wait 5 hours just for them to realize they forgot about us. Go to any other hospital possible. Save your time.
Kaiser Permanente Hesperia Medical Offices - Hesperia
Peggy Hazel: Experience with Kaiser has not been very good. I am an overweight woman over 60, for several years I have complained about horrible pain in my feet and my legs, at one point I had a clot in my leg and the doctor acted like I was faking it, it took another hospital that I went to to tell me that there is a clot. As a matter of fact every time I go to the doctor I feel like the doctors think Im faking the pain that Ive just making this up after several years you would think they would catch on that I would not be lying. However they sure could charge a $1,700 for no help at all. I am not happy and Im very much in pain.

LaSalle Medical Associates - Hesperia
melanie leggett: Had appt for blood work on 15th of January and a physical on the 29th (today). Had to fast for the blood work just to be called an hour before my appt time and they canceled! So they wanted to set up another appt and I said I have the 29th physical and they said ok do blood work that day. So TODAY I fasted again. My appt was 1020 am. I finally got seen at 1220 by Dr just to be told that the lab was closed for lunch till 1 for blood work!! I was starving and sick of waiting for 2 hours to get seen just for dr to be in and out of the room in under 4 minutes. He didnt even mention 2 of the 4 things I was concerned about. So since I didnt want to wait till 1 for bloodwork my next appt is February 26th! Im just changing providers. Ridiculous staff
High Desert Vet Center - Victorville
A. C.: If you are a combat veteran in need of help, come here. The vet centers were started by Vietnam veterans not getting what they needed by the VA back in the day. While now the centers fall under the VA umbrella, they still have that community based feel of helping. To the one bad review, perfect example of one not taking responsibility of ones issues. In no way shape or form would the office manager be able to deny this one individual help across the VA spectrum of services. Theres more to the story hes not telling but thats not my place to share.

William Kirkpatrick: I have seen a lot of the negative posts about this organization. I know each experience is different and can be challenging. My experience has been excellent so far. It’s been easy to get appointments. The wait is not long. The front office personnel has always been courteous and nice. They look like they are always busy. My initial visit was with visit Dr. Ibegii, and it went well. He’s has good bedside manners and is a good listener, and seems to have a wealth of tacit knowledge and years of expertise in his field. He was willing to order any test that he felt was medically necessary. I went there to get an MRI of my prostate because I noticed my PSA had increased. After my MRI came back suspicious from being reviewed by the Imaging Physician. The imaging physician recommended that a biopsy of my prostate be preformed. I set the appointment for early March, but had to cancel and reschedule for the end of March. The biopsy was performed and it went smoothly at the outpatient surgery center next door. The nursing staff, the anesthesiologist and doctor were all very professional and caring. Dr Lee performed the biopsy. He came by to discuss the procedure and to answer any questions, or concerns that I had. Dr Lee, is a very pleasant fellow with good bedside manners. So, again my experience was a good experience. As a patient, we must advocate for ourselves and also ask many questions. As far as the front office is concerned. I treat people the way that, I want to be treated. So hopefully the other person reciprocates.
