5 /5 William Kirkpatrick: I have seen a lot of the negative posts about this organization. I know each experience is different and can be challenging. My experience has been excellent so far. It’s been easy to get appointments. The wait is not long. The front office personnel has always been courteous and nice. They look like they are always busy. My initial visit was with visit Dr. Ibegii, and it went well. He’s has good bedside manners and is a good listener, and seems to have a wealth of tacit knowledge and years of expertise in his field. He was willing to order any test that he felt was medically necessary. I went there to get an MRI of my prostate because I noticed my PSA had increased. After my MRI came back suspicious from being reviewed by the Imaging Physician. The imaging physician recommended that a biopsy of my prostate be preformed. I set the appointment for early March, but had to cancel and reschedule for the end of March. The biopsy was performed and it went smoothly at the outpatient surgery center next door. The nursing staff, the anesthesiologist and doctor were all very professional and caring. Dr Lee performed the biopsy. He came by to discuss the procedure and to answer any questions, or concerns that I had. Dr Lee, is a very pleasant fellow with good bedside manners. So, again my experience was a good experience. As a patient, we must advocate for ourselves and also ask many questions. As far as the front office is concerned. I treat people the way that, I want to be treated. So hopefully the other person reciprocates.

1 /5 Jared Jaramillo: I paid $750+ out of pocket for a consultation, vasectomy, and mail-in fertility test. Months later I received a random $200 bill from LabCorp. When I reached out to this office I spoke with their incredibly rude and condescending head nurse about the bill who simply said, "its common sense," to know there would be a tissue test, even though it wasnt mentioned in any of the paperwork, by any of the staff, or the doctor. This belligerent "professional" also didnt give me the results for this supposed test, and said it was my responsibility to reach out to them for the results of a test they never told me they were going to perform. Im stuck with a bill for a test I have to just believe they ran. I should also mention that they never contacted me with an appointment date after my consultation, I had to call them weeks later and they totally forgot to schedule it. The doctor was fine, but the staff is wildly unprofessional and completely incompetent. If you can find anywhere else to get this procedure done then you should absolutely avoid this medical center at all costs.

5 /5 Robert P: This is my initial review. After reading all the negative reviews I was nervous making an appointment there. But I sucked it up and went in the office to schedule, and all my concerns about the front staff went away. Every single person there was extremely friendly and helpful. They all were 100% professional both with people in the office and with people on the phone. The lady who helped me went above and beyond to expedite my approval and then scheduled my appointment. It took maybe 10mins for the entire process. So my conclusion is those people leaving bad reviews for the staff are the cause of their issue. Rude people deserve being treated rudely. I will update my review after my appointment. ** Update ** So I had my visit with the doctor and wanted to update my review. I still stand by my original review regarding the front staff. They were again extremely friendly and helpful to every single person there. As for the doctor, he was exceptionally friendly and had great bedside manners. He listened to all my concerns and treated me with 100% respect and ensured all my questions and concerns were addressed in a way a non medical person can understand. So for all these 1 star reviews those people may need to review their personal attitudes instead of pushing blame on others. Plus we all need to remember that they are also human and are allowed to have bad days just like everyone else. So in other words stop being a Karen.

2 /5 Crystal Longman: was less than enthused that what I thought would be a routine bloodwork test, to "be sure youre healthy enough for surgery" so im thinking iron levels, white blood cell check and that im not currently occupied. was more in depth and not at all covered by my insurance. Im low on some things, then fed a story that -only- the supplements the doctor just happens to sell will work. heres a discount card stapled to your results. another therapy is talked about, but again all out of pocket. who can afford this up here?!? getting through to the authorizations office is a gamble. will i be hung up on, be on hold for an hour, who knows?

1 /5 Gloria Martinez: I did not want to believe the rating for this place its absolutely true such poor service my mother was seen there last Thursday the doctor prescribed a medication that was supose to be sent to the pharmacy fast forward 3 days no such prescription was sent I. I called the office to find out whats going on the front desk person told me the doctor did not sign off on her notes and she was going to page her and get the prescription sent off easy right... ? ...okay nope now fast forward 1 week still no prescription called again they keep sending me to a voicemail box thats full cant leave message and now they claim they cant help me only the person whos voicemail Im being sent to can. moral of the store is you can definitely believe the ratings you see on here they are the worst when it comes to professionalism and patient care this medication was given because my mother needs it to get better they are hindering that from happening no stars would be given if possible sad this is going on sad that elderly patients get treated like less and there heath is not taken seriously
