5 /5 Maryalice Grijalva: BCH provided exceptional service the two weeks my dad was in the hospital. The staff was compassionate and attentive. My dad was treated by staff and nurses in ICU, ER, and the general side of the hospital. Everyone was kind and continued to check on my dad, they provided timely care and kept his room and bedding clean throughout the day. I want to give Natalie Lewis a huge shout out as she was the case manager that assisted us in getting my dad into physical therapy after his stay at BCH. She was knowledgeable, provided clear communication, and worked round the clock to get him to where he needed to be. We also had other staff check on my dad while he was there, even though he was no longer being seen in that area. Matthew Washington in respiratory continuously checked on us and was always quick to make sure my dad had everything he needed.
