Las Colinas Post Acute - Ontario
Joseph Lares: When my grandma got there she was awake and alert and each week she was there she got worse. Patients are 3 to a room and don’t get looked in on enough. I get they might not be staffed enough but if that’s the case don’t take so many patients . And the nurses are rude and act like it’s a waste of their time to help and they just stay at the nurses station just talking loudly and getting upset when they get called. My grandma ended passing away and while I don’t blame them directly I don’t think they did anything to care for her in a way that would have made her better.
Kindred Hospital San Gabriel Valley - West Covina
Betty Ross: My dad stayed at Kindred for a month and we had a very good experience with this hospital. The staff are caring and kind, especially Tyson. He was supportive and patience with my dad. My dad always thanked him for his exceptional care. My dad was fed only puréed food during his stay. Although the baby-food looking meal did not look interesting, he said the food tasted good. Good job chef! It was a difficult time when your loved ones stayed in the long term acute care hospital, we always have questions and the staff were patience to answer our questions. They lessened our concerns and anxiety. I’d highly recommend Kindred to anyone who needs to stay at a long term acute care hospital.
Optum - San Bernardino - San Bernardino
Roger DELOS REYES: Called this place and talked to a customer service name Nancy regarding a prescriptions refill. Informed this person that my wife requested a refill since Monday and just to follow today (Thursday) if medication was already approved. This person said that she will forward message to the provider and nothing she can do after that. They won’t let us forward our call to the provider due to their protocol. Asked what Dan we do to expedite the issue, she said just wait for 24 hrs for them to call us. Asked her again what happens if I don’t receive any call, how will my issue be resolved, no inputs on her side except just wait when. She doesn’t want to hear anymore questions from me so she hang up the phone on me. What kind of customer service this place is, rude and no manners personnel. This place don’t have a patient care relationship. Won’t recommend anyone to have service from Optum care of San Bernardino. Bad place to talked to their rude customer service staff. They need to be replaced. Upset Customer
RestoHealth Medspa - Rancho Cucamonga
Jill Ellis: Dr. David is so great! He’s been treating me for Hormone therapy for 5+ years and I actually look forward to every appointment as he and his Assistant, Miss Holly are both so personable and amazing! Doctor David is professional, very knowledgeable and so cool! He asks questions and cares. He smiles and doesn’t ever rush through a visit! The procedure is quick and honestly almost painless so I never dread it. Hormone therapy has been a game changer as I’ve felt so much better, younger and more connected to my husband than ever! Thank you Doctor David for hearing any validating my challenges and frustrations, and for helping me understand how hormones impact us both emotionally and physically. My husband and I are truly so much happier! and I sincerely appreciate you and Holly very much! Jill
Ruiz Ruben MD - Ontario
Rolanda Breaux: I’m not sure why this place has such low reviews but for our experience it’s a 10. It’s amazingly clean, the staff is so sweet & very helpful and the doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly. They actually touch you. It’s all Mexican and I’m very impressed with their service. Honestly I’m happy that there’s a nice place like this to help the Mexican community. They even have their own pharmacy & lab right inside the building. Wait times aren’t as bad as some places. I pray they could move this to a huge building and that’s the only thing I would contest. But overall, I love this place. My children love the Drs as well.
Clinica Medica Centro Hispano - Upland
Luis Leyva: Very unprofessional Doctor. He treat people like animals no disrespecting animals. but service was poor. They take cash only. So I went to the ATM came back. After all I tested negative but never received a receipt for my $80
Amargosa Family Clinic - Victorville
Brittany Depezynski: I have been calling for 2 days to schedule an appointment. No one answers the phone and no one calls back even though the recording before leaving a message says expect a call back within 30 minutes. Never been called back in 2 days.
Dr. Shima Hadidchi MD Family Practice in Victorville, CA - Victorville
Vick: I’ve been coming to Dr. Shima Hadidchi, MD Family for several years, ever since my wife and I moved here and got married. However, I’ve noticed some questionable practices at this office, particularly since COVID-19. Despite having Medicare and informing them every visit, they always assure me that they accept it. Yet, when I had bloodwork done, not only was the experience terrible—the person drawing our blood was so unskilled that he admitted he was struggling—but we were also later charged unexpectedly. We ended up going elsewhere for our bloodwork because of how poorly it was handled. To make matters worse, they never actually provided us with the full results. They spoke about our bloodwork but failed to inform us of important details, such as allergies, which they were supposed to disclose. Additionally, I was never given any dietary guidance based on my results, making me question why I was being charged when they weren’t delivering complete care. The biggest issue is their lack of transparency with billing. They assured me that my Medicare covered the services, yet they still charged me without informing me. They even waited until the charges accumulated interest before calling me—sometimes a year later—to demand payment. I’ve also noticed a strange pattern—every time I’ve been charged, it seems to happen around tax season, often a year after the visit. It feels odd to me, almost like they intentionally wait before sending out bills. I’m not sure why, but it’s definitely something to be aware of. Another frustrating incident was when they called to inform me that I needed some shots, but later, I was billed for a tele-visit—even though I never spoke to a doctor, just a receptionist. It feels like they are looking for any excuse to charge patients. At this point, I find it difficult to trust them, and I strongly urge others to check their accounts carefully. If you’ve had a similar experience, I recommend leaving a negative review to warn others.
Adelanto Community Health Center - Adelanto
Beth Davis: Ive always been very satisfied with the doctors here, but this place makes too many scheduling mistakes and the wait times are beyond ridiculous, plus you cant call the place directly, which can cause problems. Im finally getting fed up and going to be switching doctors.
St. Mary Medical Center Foundation - Apple Valley
Erika Moberg: Literally the worst hospital ever. Had to wait 5 hours just for them to realize they forgot about us. Go to any other hospital possible. Save your time.
