5 /5 Aurelia: I’ve only been there once, but it was during a time where I was really ill and my insurance had just changed, so I was having trouble getting my doctor to see me. I called and learned that they accepted my insurance carrier and got an appointment within an hour or so. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving and walked out with a prescription awaiting at my local pharmacy. Jasmine Madrigal was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve recommended this facility to my friends and family.

5 /5 dolores manzo: Anytime myself or my children get sick we make a visit to west point . Staff is always friendly and have very inviting spirit visit is always quick and easy going. On todays visit our back office nurse Holly was very nice and attentive to my son her genuine care made the visit more delightful per usual. Thank you Holly Keep up the great work .

I must say the service and level of care has improved over the years. I would like to thank everyone here for their friendly service and prompt attention. Dr. Othman is always very supportive helpful and to the point. I appreciate his work in the community.
