5 /5 Rahel Demisse: Staff at this ED were thorough, efficient, and genuinely cared about my well-being. The patient and customer care provided was excellent. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. I’d definitely come back to this emergency room.

5 /5 Sitembiso Ncube: My mammogram visit to Kaiser was the best experience I’ have ever had with doing a mammogram. The front desk lady was friendly and personable to everyone that registered with her. The mammogram technician was also very friendly and made the experience less painful because her interaction with me before taking the mammogram and in between the images relaxed me and made me not to focus on the perceived pain of a mammogram

1 /5 Beau: There is nothing like having staff threatening to cancel your appointment when youre 45 minutes early because "you dont have a driver" when my wife is downstairs with Ultrasound/ Phlebotomy. I thought it was smart to kill 2 birds, one stone, and I understand there is policy to follow, but theres no reason a simple in house phone call, epic message, or some sort of communication could have been done in the year 2025 to verify my wife was present and a capable driver. Staff was insanely rude.

5 /5 Aimee Rodriguez: I gave birth about a week ago and let me tell you, it was the BEST experience. This our first child and all of the nurses were all on the same page. Whenever I felt pain, had any questions, needed something I mean you name it they were on top of it. They made me feel safe and comfortable from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. They were kind to me and my partner as well as my parents who came to visit. I am blessed to have such a successful birth story because of these nurses. They went above and beyond. Labor and Delivery Unit 10/10.
