2 /5 Ryan Marshall: I travel frequently typically 3 to 4 days a week and stay at a variety of hotel chains. I usually review ratings, book, and pay for my accommodations online in advance.
Upon arrival at this property, after already being charged, I was informed by David J., the night auditor, that the hotel does not accept credit cards with any faded information. Although I had saved photos of my valid ID and credit cards including the exact card used for the booking, he refused to review them, stating it was against company policy.
I had no issue finding alternate accommodations, but when I requested a refund, I was told I would need to resolve the matter through Expedia.
