1 /5 Yassine Charifi: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this neurologist office . From the moment I arrived, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. The wait time was unreasonably long, despite having a scheduled appointment. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, making the entire visit even more frustrating. The African American front desk was unprofessional and not wanting to help me at all. She said, "How about someone else can help you. I asked for the manager, which turned to be worse than her staff. These people should not be working in healthcare at all. Healthcare should be about compassion and professionalism, but unfortunately, this office lacked both. And then they scheduled a video call and charged me the full price of an appointment just to have someone tell me the test results on the call, which I had already seen online, and tell me I have to come in person! Ive always had good experiences at UCLA facilities, but not here.

1 /5 Steven: Saw 2 doctors at this office, for some reason UCLA sent me to the same office after a complaint I made about Dr. Wiedau. Both could care less about my condition but also was told that I should just live with my condition by Dr. Cohen and offered no help at all about my neurological problems and didnt respond to messages, how they became neurologists is beyond me when they are inept at thoroughly investigating neurological problems, zero problem solving skills whatsoever. After getting treatment at a Naturopathic Dr some of my symptoms have improved no thanks to UCLA, these doctors obviously need to go back to college. This office is pretty much useless unless you want anti depressants which every Dr prescribes like candy.

1 /5 Henry Mann: I called UCLA Neurology for help with a nerve issue. They scheduled me for a video call consultation. The video call took less than 15 minutes and was with a PA, not a doctor. The PA didn’t give me any medical advice or guidance—she just told me to get an MRI and come back when I had the scan results. For this 15-minute video call, UCLA is trying to charge me $600. Unbelievable. I’ve called them multiple times, and they refuse to adjust the price. If I had known it would be this unreasonably expensive, I would’ve never contacted them in the first place. Stay away! EDIT: UCLA has posted a reply saying they are transparent about billing. They are not! They did not mention their egregious rates before setting the appointment. If they had, I never would have made it. They are professional swindlers. For your own good, go somewhere else!
