Saint Johns Health Center - Santa Monica (CA)

1 /5 Ashley Hobbs: The valet here is completely out of line. I brought my sister to an appointment and 20 mins later asked to have my keys. The woman remembered who I was and gave me keys and we walked together to the car. However, after I was in my car, another man who worked at the valet started accusing me of stealing the car. After a very upsetting and stressful day due do the circumstances of her health, they harassed me and jumped on my car refusing to let me leave. They are middle eastern looking men of average height with light eyes, and appear to be brothers. I eventually was able to drive away through their attempts to blockade me, but I had to return to pick up my sister. When she was finally finished from her procedure, they harassed her and screamed at her asking her who’s car it was. These men traumatized both of us and should not have jobs at any place of care. I have recordings of what happened and also filed a police report for the assault of my vehicle with the city of Santa Monica.

1 /5 Jordan Feintech: The staff is incompetent, the few people that do listen still think that as nurses they are able to override doctors orders and compromise patient Health, never ever go to this place, cedars-Sinai 1000x better, and they aren’t screwing patients to save money and staff power.
