Saint Johns Emerg Medical Spec - Santa Monica
Maribel Mingura: Excellent medical care, kindness, good service and speed I definitely recommend this place
UCLA Health Santa Monica OBGYN - Santa Monica
Faiza Mokhtar: I went there for a second opinion. The doctor was wonderful and took time explain things. However, the front desk are a bunch of mean girls who likely are miserable people and take it out on patients. They rather just chit chat about places theyll likely never visit than help a patient out with a question. Since you have to deal with the front desk more than the doctor, I cannot recommend coming here for obgyn care. Go elsewhere. Update: the canned response providing the link doesnt even work
Healthspan - Santa Monica
The Doctors of Saint Johns - Primary Care - Santa Monica
Brie Noelte: Super happy with this office. Dr. Chin is great. The office is clean and organized. The front desk has always been pleasant. Minimal wait times for my appointments. MyChart the online portal is amazing I directly communicate with Dr. chin and see my test results real time. Happy I established care here (:
Dr. Benjamin Behroozan, MD - Santa Monica
Reid Williams: I had a great experience with Dr. Ruth, she is a phenomenal doctor; however, the scheduling staff have given me issues every single time without fail. After receiving bloodwork I was told by a scheduling staff that I had to come in person for a follow up visit and that it couldnt be done over the phone. This was incorrect, and I was charged for a copay that wouldnt have otherwise been necessary. They were helpful, and agreed that I would receive credit that would be applied to the next appointment (didnt happen). I had a virtual appointment scheduled at 11am which the doctor missed. Did the office reach out to let me know that she would be late or that wed need to reschedule? No. After 30 minutes I texted the office to which they responded "you will get a call as soon as possible" I was only able to get a concrete update after reaching out over the phone at 12:30PM (1.5 hours after the appointment) and was assured that the doctor would call me back in 10 minutes. Fast forward 1 hour and I still havent received a call. I call them back only to be put on hold and eventually hung up on. I still havent received a call. It seems that this office has a policy of having the patient reschedule an appointment if the doctor doesnt show up. I also havent received one email from this office because they initially input my email as "..com" instead of ".com". Ive asked them to fix this at every appointment but still nothing.
Hall Prudence MD - Santa Monica
Faith Ventrello: Dr Hall is a game changer. She has helped me get through many an issue with no drama. I love that.
One Medical: Richard Lee, MD - Santa Monica
Blaine Billingsley: I saw Dr. Lee 3 times. Each time, he was dismissive to my symptoms, offered no insight or next steps. I went to another doctor who ordered several tests that found lots of issues immediately. I sent them to him for a second opinion and he wrote back tersely saying ā€œeverything is fineā€ despite some obvious low levels marked on the test. If you need a doctor to weigh you, measure your height, and tell you to take your vitamins, he’s good for that. If you have chronic or undiagnosed health issues and want a doctor to actively help you on your journey, find another dude.
Pe Sjpp: Pjnf Smfp Family Medicine Wilshire - Santa Monica
Ali Pistoresi: Amazing care for an urgent visit from Dr. Drivas and staff, thank you so much!!! Super quick, professional and my child is feeling much better. Thank you for taking care of him!
UCLA Health Center for East-West Medicine - Santa Monica
Andreana Pena: I suffer from a debilitating autoimmune condition and drove nearly an hour in traffic to my appointment today, only to be told upon arrival that I had no appointment. They claimed to have left me a voicemail a week ago, but I never received it. I even checked my phone while I was there, and there was no record of a call or voicemail from the clinic. I not only waited months for the appointment, but due to my chronic health issues, it was much needed. This is just one added hurdle for me to navigate now. Despite UCLA protocol requiring messages to be sent through the MyChart system for accountability, they failed to do so. Martha at the front desk was dismissive and rude, insisting that since a voicemail was left, it wasn’t their problem. When I escalated the issue to Jackie, the supervisor, I received the same response—just a repeated claim that a voicemail was left. I told her that system did not seem to be a very good one to be put in place. There was no acknowledgment of their lack of accountability, and based on my experience, I should have trusted my instincts and avoided this clinic, especially after seeing all the complaints in other reviews. Obviously, I will not be returning and my husbandā€˜s appointment for the following week was canceled. For much of my life, I was lucky to have concierge medicine until we moved. I know I can’t expect the same quality of care from UCLA, but this is unacceptable.
Jill T. Wei Doherty, MD - Santa Monica
Kimberly Small: Dr. Wei is a great doctor and definitely listens and provides good feedback. Im very glad that I found her and recommend her.
