One Medical: Richard Lee, MD - Santa Monica
Blaine Billingsley: I saw Dr. Lee 3 times. Each time, he was dismissive to my symptoms, offered no insight or next steps. I went to another doctor who ordered several tests that found lots of issues immediately. I sent them to him for a second opinion and he wrote back tersely saying “everything is fine” despite some obvious low levels marked on the test. If you need a doctor to weigh you, measure your height, and tell you to take your vitamins, he’s good for that. If you have chronic or undiagnosed health issues and want a doctor to actively help you on your journey, find another dude.
Pe Sjpp: Pjnf Smfp Family Medicine Wilshire - Santa Monica
Ali Pistoresi: Amazing care for an urgent visit from Dr. Drivas and staff, thank you so much!!! Super quick, professional and my child is feeling much better. Thank you for taking care of him!
UCLA Health Center for East-West Medicine - Santa Monica
Andreana Pena: I suffer from a debilitating autoimmune condition and drove nearly an hour in traffic to my appointment today, only to be told upon arrival that I had no appointment. They claimed to have left me a voicemail a week ago, but I never received it. I even checked my phone while I was there, and there was no record of a call or voicemail from the clinic. I not only waited months for the appointment, but due to my chronic health issues, it was much needed. This is just one added hurdle for me to navigate now. Despite UCLA protocol requiring messages to be sent through the MyChart system for accountability, they failed to do so. Martha at the front desk was dismissive and rude, insisting that since a voicemail was left, it wasn’t their problem. When I escalated the issue to Jackie, the supervisor, I received the same response—just a repeated claim that a voicemail was left. I told her that system did not seem to be a very good one to be put in place. There was no acknowledgment of their lack of accountability, and based on my experience, I should have trusted my instincts and avoided this clinic, especially after seeing all the complaints in other reviews. Obviously, I will not be returning and my husband‘s appointment for the following week was canceled. For much of my life, I was lucky to have concierge medicine until we moved. I know I can’t expect the same quality of care from UCLA, but this is unacceptable.
Jill T. Wei Doherty, MD - Santa Monica
Kimberly Small: Dr. Wei is a great doctor and definitely listens and provides good feedback. Im very glad that I found her and recommend her.
Douglas Hopper, MD - Santa Monica
Dana Jacoviello: This office is horrific. Dr leaves me a nasty message about working for free because I asked him to call him some medications I NEED and he refused to do it bc he wasn’t get paid
when he told me he would do it until I got insurance. It takes TWO seconds to do this. Rude and unprofessional. And to call a patient and go off. He said it and doesn’t remember. And then acts like he oblivious. No bedside manner. He has one person working for him. Phone is rarely answered. He leaves you hanging bc then won’t take cash. Like who doesn’t take cash?! And no wonder he has horrible reviews. I see why now. Never go here. I’m getting my records and changing Dr’s you can tell just concerned about money. That’s all he talked about. Never ever have I had a Dr not help a patient in need. Calls a patient to rant and rave over you expect me to work for free. Hahaha yes working hard there to make a call to send medications to a pharmacy that takes ten seconds to do. Keep on being classy. Smh it’s a wonder how they have any patients. F minus Worst Dr. And doesn’t care about patients. Egotistical. Only cares about money. Had no clue it seems what he does or says. Maybe time to retire buddy. How you treat patients from all I see all over internet, clearly paints a picture we all have had same experience. I am astonished at his behavior of a child. I am saving this message. Filing complaint. And reporting him. I would be embarrassed to work for this man. Probably paid the person who put 5 stars. I work in healthcare for over 20 years. And this is a big issue in traditional medicine. Doctors like this.
UCLA Health Santa Monica Pain Medicine - Santa Monica
Sophia Coverson: I had surgery through UCLA at the beginning of the year. Knowing that chronic pain is not easy to manage, I have a care team of neurosurgeons, primary care, doctor, and a chronic pain doctor. that being said, Im still having a very difficult time receiving basic care. My chronic pain doctor will refer me to everybody else for care, but not manage it herself. there are many miscommunications going on with the different care teams. primary care will tell me to speak to chronic pain and chronic pain will either refer me back to primary care or tell me that I dont even need her to be seen essentially. After expressing my concerns, I was told "you dont need a referral depending on what insurance I had" when orthopedics clearly told me I do need a referral. why are there care teams put in place if they do not want to address the pain, rather put it onto someone else. as a patient, it is not ideal to live in high amounts of pain that affect your daily tasks and thats whats going on here. I thought coming to such a procedure place would ensure great care and unfortunately, I was wrong. I had a very pleasant experience with neurosurgery, but very unpleasant with chronic pain
UCLA Health 2020 Santa Monica Internal Medicine - Santa Monica
Ali Sadr: For past ten years I visit Dr. Goldsmith, he cares so much, he even message me on weekend to make sure I am fine, he is very knowledgeable and care so much. Scheduling is very easy and they have a great staff.
Raouf G. Hallis, MD - Santa Monica
Sherri Stokes: I am completely shocked at the change in care that I have received in this office with Dr. Hallis. I have attempted to have a prescription refilled for three weeks with no avail. I have not received any responses in the UCLA system by the doctor, nor any of his constituents. As a professional myself, I am baffled at the lack of care, and respect that this office is giving patients. Looking at the previous review, I am no longer surprised. I suggest to anyone looking for a physician in the Santa Monica area to look elsewhere. What a complete disaster. ETA: All good things come to an end, Dr. Hallis. You were always kind. You did that. Be proud of your journey & God bless U on your retirement
you deserve it & it’s time. Thank you

UCLA Health Santa Monica Cancer Care - Santa Monica
Michael Salazar: The experience I had was bad. I had major issues with cleanliness standards Director of pharmacy should look at disputes from both sides then act accordingly . This is only hurting the patients
Ted Hak, MD - Santa Monica
Marina Negrao: They barely examine you when you go in, had to come back for a second time to actually get tested since I didnt want to blindly take antibiotics. Went in for a stomach issue that they said they would give me a referral after I did the treatment the dr suggested only to be asked to book a new appointment for the referral. Dont recommend this doctor nor this practice.
