1 /5 Dana Jacoviello: This office is horrific. Dr leaves me a nasty message about working for free because I asked him to call him some medications I NEED and he refused to do it bc he wasn’t get paid … when he told me he would do it until I got insurance. It takes TWO seconds to do this. Rude and unprofessional. And to call a patient and go off. He said it and doesn’t remember. And then acts like he oblivious. No bedside manner. He has one person working for him. Phone is rarely answered. He leaves you hanging bc then won’t take cash. Like who doesn’t take cash?! And no wonder he has horrible reviews. I see why now. Never go here. I’m getting my records and changing Dr’s you can tell just concerned about money. That’s all he talked about. Never ever have I had a Dr not help a patient in need. Calls a patient to rant and rave over you expect me to work for free. Hahaha yes working hard there to make a call to send medications to a pharmacy that takes ten seconds to do. Keep on being classy. Smh it’s a wonder how they have any patients. F minus Worst Dr. And doesn’t care about patients. Egotistical. Only cares about money. Had no clue it seems what he does or says. Maybe time to retire buddy. How you treat patients from all I see all over internet, clearly paints a picture we all have had same experience. I am astonished at his behavior of a child. I am saving this message. Filing complaint. And reporting him. I would be embarrassed to work for this man. Probably paid the person who put 5 stars. I work in healthcare for over 20 years. And this is a big issue in traditional medicine. Doctors like this.

1 /5 Rachel Smathers: I took time off work to have a phone call with Douglass about receiving ADHD medication. The phone call that I had dedicated ample time to had lasted 5mins because he just shortly and coldly informed me that he will not treat me without an in-person consultation. I was later billed 120$ for this call. That was almost two years ago and I am still going back and forth with this “doctor” about appealing the frivolous invoice. I wish I never found him on Zocdoc… he has been like a curse.

1 /5 Clayton Carmen: Every other review for this practice is accurate. The receptionist Kendra is both completely inept and disrespectful, Dr. Hopper is old, inattentive and far from thorough. Getting standard prescriptions refilled from this office is maddeningly difficult and inefficient, and I truly cannot imagine having to rely on them for serious healthcare of any sort. No matter how much difficulty you’re having finding a doctor in your insurance plan, DO NOT settle for this laughably useless practice.

1 /5 Jason Berkeley: Everyone is correct. The doctor is fine. Although stubborn and argumentative as others have stated. His staff all need to be fired. They are absurdly unorganized and unprofessional. My favorite is when they pick up the phone and then wont take messages but instead say to call back when they happen to be standing next to the doctor so they can shout the same message to him. They really, actually do this. You cant leave voicemails or send emails or have them write anything down. Pharmacies say they send requests that go into a black hole with no responses. Its really absurd.

1 /5 Sunday Stretch: Less than one star.....Avoid! I have experience dealing with difficult people but this was insane. I was aware of Dr Hoppers horrific reviews and unethical vitamin pushing. I decided to go because he was nearby and I wasnt there to be friends with him. I arrived at the office and the receptionist was missing. She finally arrived speaking in Spanish on her cellphone. She had blue, black and red stripped hair. She was extremely confrontational. Ive never experienced a person like that in a business setting. She had obvious gang tattoos. She took my medical card and never returned it, when questioned, she gave me a dirty look and snarled that she was still using it(while still on a personal call). She violently leered at me until I was called into the examination room. Dr hopper was very dry and sarcastic. He skeptically asked the reason for my visit and when I began to speak, he became visibly irate as though I was interrupting him. This weird behavior was repeated 3x. He spent most of the time sneering and looking at his computer. Truly surreal. As expected, he dismissed my complaint and said none of my meds would be approved (they were) He said he wasnt going to bother to prescribe my prescriptions because his computer predicted my Rxs would be denied. I visited the office and accomplished nothing.
