5 /5 Jeremiah b: I had an exceptional experience at UCLA Orthopedic in Santa Monica on 1/2/25. I arrived just three minutes before closing, yet the team went above and beyond to accommodate me. The doctor fit me in, took X-rays, evaluated my condition, placed me in a splint, and referred me to an incredible specialist who was able to schedule an appointment just two days later. I want to express my gratitude to everyone in the office who stayed late to take care of my injury. Their professionalism, dedication, and compassion were truly outstanding. Thank you for going the extra mile—your care made a difficult situation much easier to manage. Highly recommend this office for anyone in need of orthopedic care!

5 /5 Jane Davis: I had a very productive visit yesterday at the Walk-in Ortho Clinic for my left shoulder pain. I had made an appointment earlier in the day for 1 pm and was triaged immediately for an X-ray. Following the X-ray, I was quickly placed in an exam room and was seen by Dr. Jackson immediately. Dr. Jackson and his staff were wonderful. Although I have significant osteoarthritis in my shoulder and may eventually require joint replacement, Dr. Jackson suggested a steroid injection and physical therapy. Dr. Jackson performed the injection and I was out of the office in less than one hour! Truly impressive for healthcare in 2025, and my shoulder is significantly improved today!

1 /5 Jason: This is not a walk-in clinic. False advertisement. People make appointments and they are booked all day and no walkins are taken. Do not go here if you actually need help. They will not help you. Even though I was in severe pain, the staff did not care and were completely dismissive of me. So much for compassionate service.

5 /5 Madeline Heller: Dr.Wessel did a ‘repair’ surgery on a botched prior surgery done by another ‘specialist.’ I am still in the healing stages, but the corrections are very apparent and positive. My rite hand is much improved and looks much better now. I am grateful for the referral (Dr.Sassoon) for this corrective surgery. Dr.Wessel is a very nice, caring doctor and I am lucky to have her do this correction because it’s my rite hand and in constant use!
