3 /5 Kevin G: They rolled my window down in the rain. This is the 2nd bad experience Ive had there. Last time they left my steering wheel oily and told me I need to get my oil changed more often than the manufacturer recommends. The lady at the desk is nice. Edit. Manager called and cleared some things up. Very nice and apologetic.

They have always been honest and upfront about my car needs and never try to talk me into buying something my car doesn’t need. They do excellent work on my cars.

1 /5 Van Riviere: I would suggest you find another option. Had the oil changed in my truck a week ago. The technician slopped motor oil all over the inside of the driver side door panel. Also spilled oil in the engine compartment around the oil fill. Noted a small oil leak in the driveway this week and went back to ask them to resolve it. The staff was rude and dismissive. Claimed the leak was not related to anything they had done and sent me on my way. Got under the truck on a creeper when I got home and it turns out they also slopped oil all over the skid plate and the an arm when they removed the filter. There is an obvious leak at the oil filter, my guess is they damaged the O-ring when they installed it. I’ll be making an attempt to contact the owner this week, but it’s obvious that there is no accountability for the staff and customer service is not a priority.
