Jay was very professional and honest about his rates. He is definitely more affordable than a lot of places in town, which was the biggest thing for me living paycheck to paycheck. It only took a couple of hours for diagnostics, parts, and the repair before my car was done (I expected it to take a day or two given the part I needed). Jay has definitely earned a returning customer in the future.
