5 /5 Lisa Tosi: I have been using Chico Car Care for the last few years and I am very happy with the service they provide. Dan has always been very helpful in finding the issue with my 2000 Lexus LX 470 (Lexus’s version of the Toyota Land Cruiser). From the first phone call and after some initial research, Dan seems to know what the most likely issue is, and 10/10 he’s been correct. I appreciate his willingness to take the time to troubleshoot possible issue and solutions when I call. His prices/quotes are fair and reasonable and the work they do is high quality.
When I first took my car to Dan I had a pretty complicated problem, so I was looking around for a second opinion (I was not familiar with Dans work yet). I called Chuck Patterson and I asked about pricing for the repair, and I was also wanting to know if it was something they could troubleshoot, if this new guy Dan couldn’t figure it out.
The service department guy at Chuck Patterson’s laughed and said, “Dan at Chico Car Care?”. I said, “Yes”. The guy from Patterson’s then said, “ You need to leave your car there. If anyone can figure it out it’s Dan.” The DEALERSHIP told me to leave my car with Dan because he was the most experienced in the area.
So ya, my car goes to Dan any time there is an issue.
I absolutely love my Lexus and don’t plan on getting rid of it any time soon, if ever. 236,000 miles and still going strong!
