Jennifer Lee Patty was the best person to work with! She was super helpful and genuinely cared. She kept me posted with updates and ultimately my car was not repaired, it was totaled out. I am writing this review because I had mentioned to Patty that the assignment name was "In the Estate of" because my mother passed away, she actually expressed her sorrow for my loss, that meant a lot during this difficult time. Its nice that there are still decent humans out there. Thanks Patty!

Gareth Hall I was hit when the truck was parked and I was away from it . My insurance company stepped up . Stymeist had my truck for ten days that includes a weekend and Christmas day . Looked good when I got her back .

Charleton Churchill Where do I start? First of all, this is one of the most honest vehicle service and repair businesses I’ve used. They have taken care of my tires quickly. They do a great job with our own family’s vehicles. In a time where there are shops who try to trick women and others who don’t know anything about cars into buying services and parts they don’t need, I have learned to trust Sterling auto repair and tire with my family. They are family owned, work hard, they know cars, and will give you an honest assessment, while being friendly at the counter, and in the shop, yet professional and thorough. The owner Al goes above and beyond for his customers. They have helped so many customers with their vehicles, and no wonder why they are always busy. They are booked up, but somehow are patient with you. I just had my tires put on, and I told them to order me some wheels now, and they were on it, messaged me within the hour, and said they were on their way. Tires came literally the next day, and were put on quickly. Not to say it always happens like that, but they are good. Sometimes repairs have to be scheduled out, but I understand. Anyway, I am a loyal customer because of their quality, honesty with me and my wife, and daughters who go there without me, knowledge, reviews, emails or text to what was done, and love for their community. Good people make good business, and good business attract good customers. I can’t talk enough good stuff about them.

Both times, they were able to schedule me in a timely manner, perform the repairs correctly, quickly, and for significantly less than other shops in the area quoted me. They also took care of a few extra issues for me while they did the work.

Josh Davis Paul and his wife are absolutely heaven-sent. A true testament to the good, honest, and hard-working people they truly are... Not only did they completely save our wallet, but more importantly, our road-trip to Yosemite! My fiancé and I were simply passing through town on vacation, when we suddenly experienced violent shaking under the hood of our Audi A7 just outside of town heading out. We immediately turned around and limped back into town where Paul and his wifes business Auto Dynamics was located as soon as we got back in. They were just getting ready to close up shop when I walked in with my hat-in-hand and asked if they could help us and the situation we were desperately in. Even though they were 3 weeks out with work, and could have simply brushed me off, they immediately jumped up to help and assist with what they could in the moment. They instantly got our Audi hooked up to the computer and started running diagnostics followed by bringing out a tool cart. They immediately diagnosed the problem (2nd cylinder not firing) and jumped right into it with tools in hand and hands in engine. After some time, they buttoned everything up under the hood and re-diagnosed and test-drove the car. Everything ran as smooth as butter again. Paul and his wife were in a position to charge us ANY price they chose to, and we would have unfortunately "happily" paid too! However their true character shined through very brightly when they simply just charged us for the parts and a labor-time that I know was less than what they gave and put in. We gladly paid, and were right back on the road again to see Yosemite and continue our vacation. Paul, his wife, and his employees were absolutely top notch in their customer service, and more importantly their honesty and commitment to truly helping others. They are not in business to simply fix cars and make money; they are in business to truly help people and make peoples lives better.. and that was completely evident with my experience with them. Angels sent from God, in other words... I would recommend this auto shop to ANYONE that lives nearby or is simply just passing through like we were. If only I could find an honest, hard-working auto shop like Auto Dynamics in my area, life would then be perfect!! hah Thank you again. You will forever be a story in our book.

Latrobe took my tire down. :( Romeo (owner) made sure to assist & was so fair while at the same time offering me water as I was still shaking along with a cool, clean space for me & pup while they fixed us all up. Scott Ferguson We brought our 6L diesel bus here after it broke down outside of Jackson. We had no idea what to expect since this is a small shop in a small town with no reviews. Turns out this was the best place we could have possibly chosen. Jason knows 6L diesel extremely well and he fixed us up and gave us an excellent price. He went above and beyond to help us out and saved our trip from disaster. Quality work from a good honest man with a big heart. Cant recommend enough, thank you Jason!

Kevin G They rolled my window down in the rain. This is the 2nd bad experience Ive had there. Last time they left my steering wheel oily and told me I need to get my oil changed more often than the manufacturer recommends. The lady at the desk is nice. Edit. Manager called and cleared some things up. Very nice and apologetic.

L+M Automotive was recommended by a tire shop as being trustworthy, reasonably priced, and doing good work. L+M was friendly, compassionate, and went above and beyond to accommodate my daughters scheduling/work schedule. The wipers didnt work. It turned to be a simple issue that L+M was able to fix quickly. It was a great experience. We feel safe and happy to work with L+M in the future.

Pete Ulberg Midas in Martel (JACKSON) Ca are filled with great men and women who genuinely care about service to each customer. Thats why i drive 45 min away just for oil and transmission service. They ALWAYS come over and let you know every step they are going to make and make sure we are good with it. They dont scam like most places do. Great workers!!

Alyx Rodriguez Worst experience with an alignment.The front desk rang me up and didn’t tell me anything about the alignment until I asked before walking out the door. Turns out that the car needed more work but the mechanic wouldn’t talk to me. They kept relaying information through the receptionist who didn’t know anything! I find out at the end that I was “late” for an appointment which they never communicated, which was the reason for their contempt. I ended up paying for another alignment at Les Schwab! Go to Le Schwab across the street for honesty and professionalism. Don’t get ripped off like me!

E. Robinson Im sorry that I called their number. The Estimate went from -$450.00 to over $700.00!?! For a Water Pump replacement for which I provided the parts. The nxt day my Engine Overheated due to a Coolant Leak so I lost the Coolant and barely prevented my Headgaskets from Blowing! I immediately notified Brothers Mobile Auto Repair. They replied to let me know theyd arrive the nxt day to stop the Leak. When they didnt arrive I sent them SMS and was told theyd were Booked for the nxt week!?! So much for Customer Service!?!

April Miller Started taking my vehicles there a few years ago after my mom’s husband died and hearing how they were so good to my mom. This place is beyond your regular shop. They are truly “there for you” take care of issues quickly, accurately and pricing is always very fair. Tonya is so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend and so glad I made the switch.

Jen Jobart Tanya and Mike have been taking care of all our old cars for years. They keep our cars running great and never do more work than required. Multiple times Ive gone in there and theyve determined that no work is required and not charged me anything. Good people.

Jim Ussery Excellent service and the best prices Ive seen in 30 years! I supplied brake parts for my 1997 Dodge Ram 1500, rear brake shoes, rear brake cylinders, and new hardware kit I purchased from a local auto parts store. I asked them if they would install them for me ( no auto shop in Napa will install parts that customers supply, they cant make money on them) and they said no problem. I proceeded to ask how much, this is where I thought it would run a couple hundred dollars, and they told me $40! Thats thats at least $100 less than most shops charge for an hours labor! The finished the job in about an hour and a half and the bill was $40 just as they quoted! I will continue to bring my vehicle there for any work that needs to be done to it as I will also recommend them to everyone I know. Windchyme I just love Fred. I am an older woman and not knowledgeable about fixing cars and with no spouse. He takes care of all of the things that come up with my vehicle and charges a really fair price for it. He is well known and loved around here. He is honest to a fault, reliable and knowledgeable. I send, or take it to him. He calls me back later and the problem is fixed...its that easy.

Sarah Linderman I called and got an estimate on a replacement of my catalytic converter and I had called around to many of places and couldnt beat the price they quoted me. Everyone there was so friendly from the office woman. I do apologize I dont recall your name to the gentleman whom showed myself the bad cat afterwards. They got my car in and fixed in a timely manner and couldnt be more thankful. They also told me I could come by anytime and check to see if it would pass smog.
