1 /5 John Cusack: Doctor Collins has the worst office staff I have encountered since moving to Temecula 7 years ago. Rude, total woke attitude, that is not acceptable. One examlpe, they are still using their old address on Single Oak instead of Technology Drive for this Google entry, even after being in new location for over a month. Doctor Collins your staff is giving you low marks. Clean house!!!

1 /5 Denise Velez: I came here because this is where my insurance sent me! Lord I learned I need better insurance. Dr Collins is probably the only the person worth even coming here for honestly. Office is unorganized and they jam so many patients in 1 time slot that you will sit here for at least 90 mins till you are seen. Let’s not forget to mention how staff lies and says yea they have called appts when in fact they have not! I hope Dr.Collins opens his own practice and gets better staff! He is amazing!!!

1 /5 Rebecca M: Its difficult to believe that care could be so bad. With a diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis, it took five days to get the office to call in the prescription for an anticoagulant. When I complained (for the patient) to receptionist about this she answered, "Stop hyperventilating, she waited five days and shes fine." I could go on with examples of sub par treatment, but I will simply advise against going to this office.

Marlinda Curd: This place doesn’t served deaf person like me…. And didn’t request for interpreter at enough time like a week advanced and every time they called me for confirm this appt as I called them right away …like on Tuesday before appt on Thurs… then they called again changed to different time for appt as I thought available of having interpreter… but then I arrived and was told checked in great then later told me can’t get in because no interpreter had to cancel appt it had been twice from last appt… I said can’t made it again third times since I’ll be gone…. Asked them if dr can write notes she said no and again can use special reply service on V R I on computer …she said no…then told that I get another appt with different doctor… many times it frustrated me due to poor secretarial service and attitude of doctor… don’t really care of what I requested those needs never had done updated… poor service and attitude problem of non accessible for me as deaf patient…didn’t get any report about my health etc… then my mom had to call them why can’t I get report of my result… they heard her and plan to send in mail… why don’t they did this to me too ? It gives me no good report about them… I don’t recommended any deaf go there.

Celina S: Yesterday my 14-year-old daughter needed to be seen because her recent Helix ear piercing became infected so much so that we could not remove it ourselves, because it was so swollen and painful. We were able to walk in register and be seen within the hour, and the doctor was so sweet, gentle and kind in the situation and was able to numb her ear locally and remove the piercings for us. He also prescribed an antibiotic so that we can make sure that the infection goes away. I was so absolutely grateful that they were able to get us in and give her some relief very quickly. I highly recommend this urgent care.

TABOT kWO: I called at 1131 on March 6, 2025. The lady that answered the phone prompt this review. She is inpatient and rude. I didnt get her name, but Ive been in customer service business long enough to educate her on whats acceptable. I get it, its probably lunch break or she is hungry. Still not OK. Dont answer the call will be my suggestions. The NP we saw on 3/5/25 was exceptional. However, Ive decided to move our care to a different doctor. We have options, and Ill not tolerate rudeness. Save it!

Gary Ficacci: This office was assigned as my new PCP through new coverage. I called three times, leaving a clear message about needing an appt. Not one call returned. Called a fourth time and spoke to a man who said the scheduler would call me right back…nope. Called a fifth time, got lucky enough to speak to a person who scheduled an appt with an NP. I arrived 20 mins early for that appointment but while filling out the paperwork, a woman called me to the desk to tell me I wasn’t covered at this office and I needed to call my provider to clarify but I could not be seen that day. After speaking to my provider while still in the parking lot, they added this doctor’s med group immediately but told me it may not “show up” right away for this office. This is something Carrasco’s office could have done at this first appointment, but clearly they don’t care to trouble themselves with any extra effort on behalf of patients. Moving on to another PCP; if only zero stars were an option for this practice.
