5 /5 Celina S: Yesterday my 14-year-old daughter needed to be seen because her recent Helix ear piercing became infected so much so that we could not remove it ourselves, because it was so swollen and painful. We were able to walk in register and be seen within the hour, and the doctor was so sweet, gentle and kind in the situation and was able to numb her ear locally and remove the piercings for us. He also prescribed an antibiotic so that we can make sure that the infection goes away. I was so absolutely grateful that they were able to get us in and give her some relief very quickly. I highly recommend this urgent care.

1 /5 Brian Salsbury: 1-Star Review: I arrived at Accelerated Urgent Care with a serious infection in my arm, well over 30 minutes before closing time. Despite the obvious severity of my condition, I was turned away because the staff wanted to close on time. They refused to even examine me, and their dismissive attitude left me feeling helpless and anxious—especially knowing how quickly infections can become life-threatening. I was shocked that an urgent care facility would prioritize closing promptly over providing necessary medical attention. I will never return, and I strongly urge others to consider a different clinic where patient care truly comes first.

1 /5 Meghan: If I could give my experience tonight a Zero I would! HORRIBLE service from front desk! Leanna at the front was extremely rude. I have been here many times and have never received the poor service like I did tonight! If your doors are open until 9, you should be accepting patients until 9. Very unprofessional, I will not be recommending anyone to go here in the future. Dr. Erickson & Dr. Massihi, you should be embarrassed by how your staff is treating patients, and ultimately you will lose money over turning patients away and falsely advertising your business hours. For anyone coming in after 8 pm, don’t!

4 /5 Elite Residential Care Group: I took a client in there for an x-ray and we were in and out in three hours with an appointment. The doctor was great. I just feel if you have an appointment the people that walk in should be staggered in between people with an appointment. It should not take three hours if you have an appointment. if you don’t have an appointment, you expect to wait that long. I was in there two weeks ago with someone else. We had an appointment and it took four hours. So I think the amount of time you wait with an appointment is almost as bad as what everyone else is waiting without an appointment.. That part I think can be done better.

5 /5 Gmatrix Art: What a great experience. First time going to that urgent care and I was very pleased with their service. My son had been sick for five days and when I took him to his pediatrician they just said he’s congested and they gave him something for that but after days of on and off fevers I Decided to take him here and they tested him for Covid, flu, and RSV and he tested positive for RSV. It’s such a nice facility, clean and the staff is nice
