1 /5 Michael Sainz: This is the worst office you can go to. My family has been trying to continue to go with this office for years. In numerous occasion their phones never work there staff is always talking and never near the phones I have had appts at their earliest slot and I still wait over 30mins to 1 hour to be seen. I always have to explain to work or school why the appt was so long and I’m normally seen for 5-10mins max. This is a poor example of a clinical family practice. This is the last straw with this practice I’m going to be finding a new PCP they are by far the worst clinic you can find in Hollister and in general.

1 /5 Mia Vodanovich: The lack of urgency and professionalism here is stunning. Patient information is shared loudly, audible through the thin walls of the office, which poses huge dangers for confidentiality at worst. Don’t count on getting a referral in any timely manner, since no matter how many times you call, it seems that they don’t check their voicemails very frequently. This office forgets that their patients are people, that in some cases lives are in their hands. Irresponsible and careless.

I called them, asked if they accept my insurance, they said yes, made appointment and asked me to send a picture of my insurance, I did and everything was good. Until the day it was supposed I have my appointment, I went there and they said they dont accept my insurance, after almost a month waiting for my appointment, I was very surprise since we had communicate and changed some txt message. very unprofessional

5 /5 Shannon Gavin: Dr. Grageda and her extended team are very responsive, comprehensive in my care, and very quick to make phone appointments when needed. They all share compassion and listen to you.
