1 /5 Gary Ficacci: This office was assigned as my new PCP through new coverage. I called three times, leaving a clear message about needing an appt. Not one call returned. Called a fourth time and spoke to a man who said the scheduler would call me right back…nope. Called a fifth time, got lucky enough to speak to a person who scheduled an appt with an NP. I arrived 20 mins early for that appointment but while filling out the paperwork, a woman called me to the desk to tell me I wasn’t covered at this office and I needed to call my provider to clarify but I could not be seen that day. After speaking to my provider while still in the parking lot, they added this doctor’s med group immediately but told me it may not “show up” right away for this office. This is something Carrasco’s office could have done at this first appointment, but clearly they don’t care to trouble themselves with any extra effort on behalf of patients. Moving on to another PCP; if only zero stars were an option for this practice.

1 /5 Ray Haugh: BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Totally unprofessional and incompetent doctors office. I have never seen this doctor in person the whole time I was his patient. They always just send me to their Nurse Practitioner Leah Slater , who could care less about her patients bc she will NEVER call you back even if its an emergency. I recently called 22 times to this office to get a simple prescription filled, of course to no avail. The office staff, especially the Office Mgr, KC, is wholly indifferent about about peoples health, and even laughed and made jokes about me running out of my meds. My diabetes is now out of control bc of their neglect. It was in the 180s and its in the 400s! I have filed a formal complaint with the CA Medical Board as well as my service provider IEHP. They informed me that they will pursue an investigation. I hope no one has to go through this abuse with this doctor and his office staff. He should not be allowed to practice and treat people this cruelly.

1 /5 PerlaM Vallin: Is a nightmare dealing with the person that processes insurance authorization. So rude and bad service, never got a call back, and basically have to do the job myself calling the pharmacy back and forward because she messed up. Doctor was great! But need to remove the poor service this employee is giving. Really disappointing when you get great service from the doctor but the employees mess it up for them.

5 /5 Moldavskiy Davis Janelle (Nelle): Leah Slater is amazing. She actually listens and and will sent me to a specialist. I have finally been diagnosed and know what is wrong! She has helped me achieve better health. Most reviews seem angry about the office being busy. I havent had issues, they may have a hold wait, but they always have taken care of any issues I have.
