St. Louise Regional Hospital - Gilroy (CA)

5 /5 Kim Stickels: My mom was admitted to Saint Louise this month December 2024. She was in the hospital for two weeks. Her care from all her nurses and doctors was outstanding!! From her admittance in the ER to her release from her case manager was seriously top notch!! We are forever grateful!!

1 /5 Brandon Ortiz: Had one of the worst experiences with a nurse while visiting a friend at the hospital today she couldnt be bothered to answer a simple question and to act like if Im bothering you by asking a question its crazy and to ask me why am I trying to talk to you even crazier try to voice my complaint to somebody but nobody was bothering to hear it unfortunately the person in charge wasnt there at the time. And to hear my friend tell me the moment I leave the room theyre talking s*** at least the other workers were nice

5 /5 Veronica Peredia: Very satisfied with the care my dad was provided. My dad was experiencing abdominal pain and was admitted right away. Everyone was very noble, and my dad received such good care. Seemed to be that he had stones in his gallbladde. He got surgery that same day. We couldn’t be anymore thankful with everyone for their great work and support :)

3 /5 Sandra Haney: Most of the nurses and people were very kind and accommodating and I really appreciated that. Be careful going out into urgent care. I guess if your male is really pretty blonde nurse will be there to help you unquestioningly and with all the compassion and care in the world if you are a female, she will basically tell you to go into the bathroom to wash your hand when it’s completely Cut up and everything like that with soap and water and just grin and bare it. She did not offer any sort of consolation her bedside manner completely sucked. I got up and walked out of there decide to get the results of my x-ray after the fact because that nurse was so rude. She offered no alternative of something that was just slightly less painful. I was really going through a lot of pain already at that moment in time. So now I’m going to go soak my hand in ice water and do exactly what I asked her if they could do for me, but apparently they couldn’t so don’t go in there with any open wound. Apparently they can’t even help you with it and they’ll go tell you to wash it with soap and water Instead of at least offering to wash it with some saline and Benadine or something like that but no nothing. I’ve never received such rudeness in an emergency room or urgent care unit. I highly suggest if you’re a female not to go over to the urgent care unit because you’re not going to be treated very nicely or maybe it was just me who knows I don’t care either way I don’t suggest it.

3 /5 s mor: ER visit turned out to be a six day stay, for good reason. Seen EIGHT doctors in the six day stay. One actually said " they are not all going to agree on the diagnosis" which should be black-n-white based on test results. We had eight nurses. THREE great nurses who were expecially considerate and efficient. Two who were helpful when asked. The other three were non existent and/or unconserned in a hurry not to be bothered. Over all was able to walk out healthy!
