1 /5 Marlinda Curd: This place doesn’t served deaf person like me…. And didn’t request for interpreter at enough time like a week advanced and every time they called me for confirm this appt as I called them right away …like on Tuesday before appt on Thurs… then they called again changed to different time for appt as I thought available of having interpreter… but then I arrived and was told checked in great then later told me can’t get in because no interpreter had to cancel appt it had been twice from last appt… I said can’t made it again third times since I’ll be gone…. Asked them if dr can write notes she said no and again can use special reply service on V R I on computer …she said no…then told that I get another appt with different doctor… many times it frustrated me due to poor secretarial service and attitude of doctor… don’t really care of what I requested those needs never had done updated… poor service and attitude problem of non accessible for me as deaf patient…didn’t get any report about my health etc… then my mom had to call them why can’t I get report of my result… they heard her and plan to send in mail… why don’t they did this to me too ? It gives me no good report about them… I don’t recommended any deaf go there.

1 /5 Bob Upyours: Not currently My Doctor, But ... I called to set up an appointment as Im looking for a new Doctor in Temecula. The Front desk told me I have to go thru TRICARE first and Notify them of a change to my Doctor. That is Misinformation. So Ill go somewhere else. Im also 69 and have Medicare, Wonder why she didnt tell me to go thru them too?
