TABOT kWO: I called at 1131 on March 6, 2025. The lady that answered the phone prompt this review. She is inpatient and rude. I didnt get her name, but Ive been in customer service business long enough to educate her on whats acceptable. I get it, its probably lunch break or she is hungry. Still not OK. Dont answer the call will be my suggestions. The NP we saw on 3/5/25 was exceptional. However, Ive decided to move our care to a different doctor. We have options, and Ill not tolerate rudeness. Save it!

Gary Ficacci: This office was assigned as my new PCP through new coverage. I called three times, leaving a clear message about needing an appt. Not one call returned. Called a fourth time and spoke to a man who said the scheduler would call me right back…nope. Called a fifth time, got lucky enough to speak to a person who scheduled an appt with an NP. I arrived 20 mins early for that appointment but while filling out the paperwork, a woman called me to the desk to tell me I wasn’t covered at this office and I needed to call my provider to clarify but I could not be seen that day. After speaking to my provider while still in the parking lot, they added this doctor’s med group immediately but told me it may not “show up” right away for this office. This is something Carrasco’s office could have done at this first appointment, but clearly they don’t care to trouble themselves with any extra effort on behalf of patients. Moving on to another PCP; if only zero stars were an option for this practice.

Kim Stickels: My mom was admitted to Saint Louise this month December 2024. She was in the hospital for two weeks. Her care from all her nurses and doctors was outstanding!! From her admittance in the ER to her release from her case manager was seriously top notch!! We are forever grateful!!

Michael Sainz: This is the worst office you can go to. My family has been trying to continue to go with this office for years. In numerous occasion their phones never work there staff is always talking and never near the phones I have had appts at their earliest slot and I still wait over 30mins to 1 hour to be seen. I always have to explain to work or school why the appt was so long and I’m normally seen for 5-10mins max. This is a poor example of a clinical family practice. This is the last straw with this practice I’m going to be finding a new PCP they are by far the worst clinic you can find in Hollister and in general.

Jacquie Frink: Dr. Carr was exceptional during both Consult & surgery. My son had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled & the staff was amazing!! Great service, friendly & informative! Surgeon called & checked on my son and answered any questions I had and the discharge nurse was REALLY helpful & provided so much aftercare information.

F C: Lunch at 11I guess after walking up the stairs they have signs that lab is upstairs they should add closing to the paper especially for pregnant women walking up there got there at 10:45 opened the door and with the snarkiest voice hear “ohhh we’re closed” girl paper says 11 do your job.

Sue Silva: Office environment very clean and inviting. Appointment was ontime. Doctor spent sufficient time with me, as I was a new patient and she needed to know my previous information regarding foot care. My only regret is that there arent clones of Dr Casparro!
