1 /5 Jennuh Leigh: They refuse to listen to you, they do the tests they want and always come back with "nothing is wrong". They do not hear you and your worries/concerns. They could care less. Most of the nurses are rude and unprofessional. There are some good ones. If you have any problems, do NOT come here.

1 /5 Sabrina Fraijo: Zero stars if I could. I’ll first say I’m not a fan of the US medical industry in general, operationally. My experience here was negative due to staff interaction. Perhaps it’s just the overnight staff here being tired or maybe they’re just jaded. Literally everyone here gave off the vibe that they would rather not be talking to you. I took my 80 year old grandmother in here for chest pains and the lovely RN, Jerry S. had the worst attitude I have encountered during my visit (they were all bad except for the doctor, after I made a statement about the service/facility). Jerry S. was super impatient with my grandmother and treated her like she was incompetent and annoying. It seems like he hates his job, he should quit. No one should be treated the way he treated my grandmother. Side note: This place was letting two homeless men hang in the waiting room. One was sleeping and then woke up crying/begging for more oxy, and asking everyone in the waiting room to call his mom after the security officer asked him to leave, and threatened to call the cops but seemed to do nothing about it. I had to ask staff to get the man removed because he was causing emotional distress to my grandmother that came in for chest pains. Go somewhere else if you can, at least for ER.

1 /5 April Wallace: Not helpful at all and they don’t give you a bed. You have to wait in the waiting room the whole time. Snobby young doctor in the ER is extremely rude and doesn’t do anything but chitchat with the staff. Sign in lady isn’t helpful either. You have to hope you get her attention even though you’re right in front of her. The doctor told me he’s been a doctor for 6 years as if that was impressive.

1 /5 Emeli Bernal: , My brother had depression ,and anxiety , He went to see a pshycriatics on his own instead of going to his primary Dr. The medication that they gave him gave him side effects so he call the mental health services and they send him to this ugly place park - site . My brother never been sick this is new to him , His a hard working man , He doesn’t smoke , drink , or does any drugs . He was in this place and came out really bad his anxiety got worse , He wasn’t treat nicely once you go in here they make you feel like you deserve to be there . They expect you to know the rules there . They have no love . Emphatic or care for this people . They think they are crazy and don’t guide with love and respect . This people need attention , love and care .. My brother was knew to this he didn’t know you had to ask for medication if you had a headed or ask for things . This nurses were not helpful they were mean . They expected him to know . I think they should guide them with love and ask if they need anything and be on top of their needs not wanted them to be on top thats why they get paid for .. I will not recommended this place my brother came out worse and really scared … Do not send your loves to this place .. I hope the director of this place does some thing to changes the way they treat patience ..They go in there because they are not feeling well all they do is medicated them , but they don’t show them love , attention , respect , empathy or bring a therapist , phsycologist to talk them . My brother felt lost ..

1 /5 Patricia Montreuil: Up until yesterday and today I thought this was the best hospital. I was wrong do not come here I had two blown veins and it took between two and three hours for help. I’m going through hell trying to go home. They told me four hours ago and I am still here and in pain. Been here since Friday I am almost in more pain than when I got here.
