Linda Martinez I am very greatful i was referred to Dr Oh. He was very nice and patient and asked and answered all my questions since my initial consult. He did a double mastectomy and I couldn’t be any happier with the final results and the great recovery. After surgery he informed my daughter right away about my results and when surgery was over. I am about 3 weeks po and i am feeling great. And didn’t have to take any pain meds after surgery. Thank you again Dr. Oh you aré my hero. You aré a great surgeon!

Estela Colindres The provider takes his time with his patients and is clear and thorough. He will take the time to answer all of your questions no matter the time. Very patient and my mom finally felt reassured with her cancer diagnosis. She just got her partial Mastectomy done and everything thus far is good. Just waiting to schedule post op appt and see how she will heal. Really blessed that we got referred to him as our second opinion. God is Good

H Par If i could give them zero stars i would , i got there at three there was maybe 10 ppl in the waiting room by maybe 5 i was the only one left and still no called up at all just for vitals and i was told i needed to go to the ER for emergency surgery which i told them and they staight up told me when i asked why i havent been seen "people who have colds arent important and they are seeeing the most important ppl first" at that point i left and went to kaiser. I was there in chino in pain and no one cared , if i had lnt gone to another hospital and gotten treatment i would of sued

Ryan Vega My dad came with chest pain. My dad a great experience, from the admitting clerk to the ER nurses (Sheila and Sam), to attending nurse Tadio! All provided great personal service. Jennuh Leigh They refuse to listen to you, they do the tests they want and always come back with "nothing is wrong". They do not hear you and your worries/concerns. They could care less. Most of the nurses are rude and unprofessional. There are some good ones. If you have any problems, do NOT come here.

Sabrina Fraijo Zero stars if I could. I’ll first say I’m not a fan of the US medical industry in general, operationally. My experience here was negative due to staff interaction. Perhaps it’s just the overnight staff here being tired or maybe they’re just jaded. Literally everyone here gave off the vibe that they would rather not be talking to you. I took my 80 year old grandmother in here for chest pains and the lovely RN, Jerry S. had the worst attitude I have encountered during my visit (they were all bad except for the doctor, after I made a statement about the service/facility). Jerry S. was super impatient with my grandmother and treated her like she was incompetent and annoying. It seems like he hates his job, he should quit. No one should be treated the way he treated my grandmother. Side note: This place was letting two homeless men hang in the waiting room. One was sleeping and then woke up crying/begging for more oxy, and asking everyone in the waiting room to call his mom after the security officer asked him to leave, and threatened to call the cops but seemed to do nothing about it. I had to ask staff to get the man removed because he was causing emotional distress to my grandmother that came in for chest pains. Go somewhere else if you can, at least for ER.

Angelique Hernandez We just recently moved to California and my daughter needed her last set of vaccines. We are switching insurances so our pediatrician stated we would be able to schedule at a health center for a low cost visit. This location is about 20 minutes from us so the drive was fairly quick. In the morning, this location was well kept and everyone was very friendly. There is paperwork to fill out beforehand which is pretty common for new patients. We did have to wait a little over an hour to be called back. At this point my daughter was getting a little fussy. The nurse was super friendly and we were out within 10 minutes of being called back. All of the staff was helpful!

Spam Phone line really is worthless, but my doctor was GREAT so they need to step up the rest of their game. ALSO why the hell do they close a medical facility on the weekend so dumb.

Angela Salcedo My experience at San Bernardino Public Health Center was great! I had to get 2 rabies vaccines as a requirement for my veterinary technician program, and the San Bernardino Public Health Center process for making an appointment was so easy. Delightful staff! Especially Sonya, she was great! Always had a smile, polite conversation, and administered my vaccines exceptionally. I would definitely come again!

Loria Rigby This place is convenient for anyone who doesn’t have insurance. The wait is normal with an appointment and the staffs are professional and very nice. I wanted to give 5 stars but I feel at times they’re distracted when making an appointment. We made a few appointments for family members who needed the blood TB and instead received the skin and paid . After making sure the appointment was for the blood still the skin was given so we had to pay again for the blood. This happened 2 times. Granted it was still affordable but when you’re struggling financially, it’s a struggle. Thank you to the staff !

Sophia Turner I DO NOT Recommend the male and female PAs at the emergency room. Her name is Whitney and his name I don’t have. But very young Asian male who had no idea what he was doing. I do have a medical background. This guy did not know what fibromyalgia was. No idea of symptoms, not familiar with it at all. Did not execute a proper plan for me. I had to request medication. Underestimated everything. Most disorganized emergency room team. Nurse came to administer oral medication’s with a couple of shots.. 30 minutes later another nurse tries to come and duplicate the same order. Obviously they do not keep track nor sign off on orders completed. They do not ask if your stomach is empty or so, and they gave you an overload of drugs once you “coach” them. I nearly fainted, I felt terrible after my blood pressure dropped with a second shot for pain. They will not monitor the patient. They’ll send you back to the lobby to take care of yourself! What kind of care is this??. I don’t know why they also gave me nausea medicine when I was not nauseous. They played the guessing game. It is awful. I believe these two can kill people and do not save lives very often. Could not help to notice the lack of efficiency from the whole team. The nurses and doctors. Playing around in the back, chatting, socializing with the waiting room full of patients. Absolutely NEVER coming back. Trashy and very dirty looking ER. Sad.

Jose Cortez IF YOU COME HERE JUST KNOW THERE WILL BE LONG WAIT TIMES! I dont usually post reviews, but I felt the need to today. The only reason we came in was because my girlfriend was experiencing severe pain and numbness in her left arm. We arrived and checked in at 9. They performed four tests on her: urine, blood, ultrasound, and CT scans. Each test was done at different times, and we experienced long wait times, which is understandable since there are always other patients with their own issues. However, there came a point when there werent many people left, and we still had to wait just for the doctor to come out and tell us that they didn’t find anything and to follow up with her primary care doctor. I think it’s true what people say about them being understaffed or just not caring anymore.

Sue Garcia Its not our first time here and we have always had good service, but this time the group of people that were there today were outstanding making our Sunday in a hospital setting a joyful one. In the beginning Brandon was helpful, and was assisting us yet making sure others would be helped shortly. Very attentive! Maria was in the back did not help us but was also very pleasant and I was making small talk with her while they were taking vitals on my husband. Third person Laura, assisted my husband and she took care of the issue and answered all of our questions. Its a Sunday and sometimes you get people that would rather be somewhere else but this crew was the greatest. These are what I call keepers and pleasant to work with. People who have a medical issue, maybe a bit down and you leave positive. Thanks guys you made our day!!

Jack Leung I visited them because of coughing and a flu. They are very inefficient and took a long time to wait to see the doctor (not a lot of people in the lobby). I had insurance coverage and I paid the $20 copay. But 2 months later, they said I have $281 unpaid balance! I visited many urgent care before and never has this problem before. And seriously, $301 for a visit just for coughing? Another thing is their statement date is 3/5, and payment due by 3/15? Are they sending the mail UPS and expect everyone to check mail everyday? Update: I called and after a long wait on the line they said I do not owe them any money. But why did you send me bill and waste my time to call you to clarify? Their procedure is totally a mess and I swear I would never visit them again!

Samone Rieberger This is the most phenomenal ER in SOCAL. The staff is caring, loving, and on point. They actually have a process that is streamlined when you walk in the ER where you check in, and they call you to windows and start treating you immediately. Then they take you back to rooms marked by numbers for a triage. Then they take you back to start an IV and tests. They make you feel like you walk into family dinner they are so wonderful to patients. They have security all around the lobby, and you can also wait outside for the ER queue, and they will call your name. They provide medicine as soon as they can and take wonderful compassionate care of you. Even the people sitting in the waiting room talk to one another and are helpful. After the nightmare treatment in a supposed #1 inCA Er that was the exact opposite, this place should be ranked #1 in ER in SOCAL. There is plenty of free parking and an easy walk up to the ER. Im so happy to have come here. You should too if you need help Ina timely and compassionate manner. Whats really remarkable about this hospital is how patients help each other out. Just wow.

Brandin Adetoye Every time I go to a hospital and the nurses try to explain what is happening, they always explain everything to me like Im a doctor so I still never know what the hell is going on. However, Duke on the 2nd floor in the CICU explained everything that is going on with my father in a way that I can understand. He is really great at his job. Also a social worker named Jennifer S. was wonderful as well. She really took the time to make sure that I understood everything that is going on. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable, she is also really good at her job. Thank you guys for caring for my DAD.

Jac Jones I pulled my son out of this office two years ago because they always bullied me into make decisions I didnt want, and for the last year or so they keep calling / spamming me to come back, Ive told them we will not but they wont stop calling every couple of weeks. This office is trash, avoid at all costs

Giselle Ramirez All of the main doctors, please PLEASE change your attitude! It was my mistake to keep going to this office because it was the nearest one- now I can finally change office so my daughter can be comfortable without feeling like we are rushed out. They do not take the courage nor the patience to properly and thoroughly ask the patient/guardian in a nice manner. I remember I had an argument with one of the doctors because they were going to inject my son TWICE without them realizing until I spoke up. How careless?! Once I left, a young lady at the front desk had to apologize on behalf of the doctor- she was even embarrassed of how they operated. Never coming back here again.

Kay Hill Took my daughter to visit. Checked in at 1:30, still waiting to be seen by dr. It’s going on 3 hours. Been to urgent care plenty of times, the waiting here is on another level

Nathan Evans Waited over 2 hours for a X ray with only 1 person ahead. Urgent my butt. Whole team went to lunch while my daughter starved because the receptionists kept saying my child would be seen soon

I am in middle to late stage chronic kidney desease..originally from a dr.whom refused me a referal to a urologist.and it from urine backing up into my kidneys.So this drs.office is my third pcp in as many years as 6.After getting settled in and labs done .I found out that a renal dietician can advise me on my diet and as I have learned thru credible sources will SLOW and in most cases freeze your decline to prolong the need for DIALYSIS.SO I PHONE THE DR.OFFICE ON MAY 18TH at 2pm on a Thursday and ask them to please generate a referal for a RENAL DIETICIAN. They said i had to go to office in person to generate that referal .I droppedmy plans gor thst day and rushed to the office to have the referal done.10 days they yold me for it to go thru.iI waited~ 20 dsys and no referal.So wondering what had happened i called and blah blah blah .....bottom line that i had gathered was something to the relms of ""we did not know where to send it I cannot recall exactly where or whom that info csme from .None the less i went back on the crusade and spoke in person with the referal dept .and sent it off again .there still was a problem nut this time inland faculty group erased the eord renal and approved Dietician. mind you for the previous 2 years I have been researching diets regarding stage 3 and 4 and with hundreds of hrs. From credible sources was able to bring my remaining function of my kidneys from as low as 19% (actually it is referred to as EGFR OF 19 ) FOR CONVERSATION PURPOSES I WILL USE THE TERM % .SO FROM 19 UP TO 25 THEN UP TO 30 .ALTHOUGH 30 WAS NOT A REALISTIC NUMBER BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO SUSTAIN A HEATHY WEIGHT ON THE DIET OF NOTHING MORE THAN WSTER AND A COMBINATION OF ONLY VEGATABLES LOW IN POTASIUM ,PHOSPHOROUS AND PROTIEN ,AND I ONLY STAYED AT THAT WONDETFUL (ONLY IN MY CONDITION)maGICAL number for aweek then I plummeted down to a 23 then stabilizing at about 25 where I have been ever since.my labs should beorderd and realized every 90 days in my condition .After~ 110days had passed and I had not recieved a call from the dr office I began to worry if they ever would.thathat is an issue all its own .lets get back to my renal dietician referal being severely downgraded to just a dietician.after 2 sessions with dietician, and explaining to the dietician that I have nothing against her or the knowledge she possess, but Im pretty much up to speed with how much she can only help me .and that I need the specialist RENAL .HERE IS A FACT FIR EVERYONE FOR EVERY RENAL DIETICIAN THERE ARE AbOUT 200 dieticians.so clearly what set them apart it is the amount education : phd,board certified,state certified and 2years in a dialysis center working with dialysis Patients. Hmmm I thought wow Im trying to away from dialysis. So clearly that is what my condition requires. I am given the name of one of those special dieticians. I do nit feel it is appropriate to mention whom.so being very frustrated from not getting the help I need .I am angry frustated and my stress level begins to take a serious toll on my already h damaged

BV this place make me wait 2 and halve hours with no appointment while I wait for my name to be called some other people with no appointment went before me! It’s waste of time skipping disability people like me!

Valeria Martínez Yesterday I had to leave because the registration lady kept calling everyone but me. People who hadn’t got there before me. I waited for an hour and was told people who have appointments are getting checked in. So am I supposed to wait the entire day?? Not to mention how the volunteer receptionist was working while the other was on her phone and taking her sweet time. My mom recommended this place to me because they are fast and provide good care most of the time. As my first experience here I’m never coming back. I understand the 2 star rating now.

Nicholas B Horrible place. I went in with a sinus infection and left ear pain. i told the doctor I get them all the time and he was really rude and disrespectful told me I have a cold. Now I’ve been sick for a week not getting better, turns out I do have an ear infection. I am 36 years old I know what a cold feels like. I am so mad I missed 4 days of work I will fight paying for this visit. I also told him the cough suppressant he prescribed doesn’t work for me and prescribed it anyways.
